到天壇醫院看病，訂的這個民宿，走路10分鐘就到，房間很乾凈，而且冬天有暖氣，屋裡很暖和，可以做飯，同時樓下吃飯購物很方便，附近還有萬達廣場和物美超市，真的太棒了！

房間很冷，打電話問如何開空調，結果被告知暖氣和空調衹能二選一，甚是無語
甚至我們入住以後有人竟然在我們外出的時候進我們房間把廚房的暖氣開關給我們粘上了膠帶

差！非常差！首先位置跟網頁上宣傳的位置不在一個地方，步行還要大概十分鐘！第二，衞生差勁！床單被罩是用過的，沒換新的！枕頭上的毛髮清晰可見，被子上有好幾處血跡！幸虧自己帶了一次性床單被罩！要不然真是噁心到睡不了覺！第三，小卧室有扇通風窗怎麼也關不上，半夜凍的在被窩裡打哆嗦，差點沒感冒！最後，由於屋裡麪冷，問老闆要空調遙控器，先是説空調是單匹的，衹能製冷不能制熱，後面強烈要求下，告訴了空調遙控器在哪，我也是服了！不知道她這個好評是怎麼刷上去的！衹知掙錢的黑心老闆！

帶着家人來檢查身體，之前還擔心環境不行，房間冷不冷，結果來了一看，環境也挺好，睡得也很踏實，裏面有空調，不冷，總體還不錯，不是那種有特別嚴重潔癖的我覺得都可以考慮，一個2米多的大床，還有一個單人床，還有一個雙人床，獨立衞生間。有廚房做飯工具，感覺一大家去了都能住下，也可以自己做飯，比我預想的要好多了，雖然衹住了一晚，但是我覺得值得推薦

公寓優勢：地理位置可以，樓下就是超市，買菜，買生活日用品買早點都很方便，獨立衞生間，有廚房，方便做飯。對面有各種餐飲，和物美大型超市，步行天壇醫院15分鐘。
關於日常衞生打掃：無
關於環境衞生：不及一般的快捷經濟酒店。床底下、牀頭櫃、衞生間、馬桶、洗臉池、灰塵污垢明顯。對衞生環境要求不高的可以忽略，要求高的慎選。

老家來人看病，租了這套房子。衞生什麼的都很不錯，外邊商家很多，還有大超市，萬達也在附近，超方便。看病一家人可以住一起，商量對策，也方便親友探望，超級推薦。
