Facilities: Let me start by boasting that the hotel facilities are really good. The shower in the room comes out very quickly and the water pressure is very high. In addition, the air conditioning and heating can be used in winter. The TV can also project the screen to swipe **, and there are also coffee bags and tea bags. Hygiene: When I entered the room, I saw that the hygiene was very clean. The toilet was also smart and had a heating function. Environment: The overall environment is good. There is a small park to the east where you can take a walk, which is very suitable for morning jogging! The breakfast in the cafeteria on the first floor is also delicious. A bowl of hot noodle soup is really good. Service: The service is also great. I am very satisfied with the room arranged by the lady. There is also free pick-up and drop-off at the subway station when I go out.

I took the time to come to Beijing to meet up with friends and saw this hotel on Ctrip. The experience was very good. First of all, let me declare: I am not asking for help🥹 1. The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient to go out. 2. Although the hotel floor is not very high and it is close to the road, I could not hear any noise in the room. The windows should be soundproofed. 3. The front desk is very welcoming. The weather in Beijing is a bit cooler. They brought hot water when checking in and helped carry the luggage when leaving (although the luggage was not big). The service was very good. 4. I booked a double bed room, and the front desk seemed to have upgraded me to a room type or something for free. The lighting was better, and the room was very clean. I was quite surprised when I entered the room. The equipment was very new, and there were several small basins. There are green plants inside. (p5 is a screenshot of the video) Overall, this stay was a great experience! Next time my family comes to Beijing, I will take them to stay here!

This is the first time I have stayed here. The room is nice and worthy of the price. Facilities: Complete, basically everything you should have. The computer configuration is good. But why do you need to charge money for verification? Hygiene: OK, basically clean and tidy Environment: Nice. There are supermarkets and restaurants below. Service: OK, pretty good The only thing is that the sound insulation is not very good

Everything was good. Especially the free bus to and from universal resort. I am really satisfied with the hotel but the last moment when i was checking out the hotel worker asked me to show him my booking and when i showed it to him he grabbed my phone which is a personal item and opened the review section and started rating and writing a review while i was telling him to give my phone back and he would not listen. Finally i got my phone back but i was super stressed and anxious. It left a bad impression. The hotel workers should keep their distance and respect the guest privacy and space. But the man behavious was offensive and frightening.
