we had a great time with my family in this hotel, it’s not the first time we have chosen it for our vacation. since our last visit, the villas have been renovated - now they are unrecognizable! fresh renovation, new furniture, spacious wardrobe, stylishly decorated area with a desk, nice terraces on the first floors and balconies on the second. daily housekeeping, a variety of constantly updated shower supplies and a full minibar made our stay even more comfortable. I liked the updated concept of food in the bars on the territory (the Nona restaurant and the second one closer to the sea, I don’t remember the name). Nona has good cocktails, including a variety of non-alcoholic ones, just what kids need. there is quite a variety of food in the general restaurant, everyone will find something to their taste, the service is fast - the waiters are always in the hall and ready to help with drinks and serving. we were very lucky with the weather, we swam both in the sea (important: there are pebbles of different sizes near the water, as well as a rocky entrance to the sea, it is better to buy special shoes) and in the pools. my daughter really likes the mini-club and enjoyed spending time there doing crafts. decent evening program in the amphitheater, good shows, especially “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, as well as “Children’s Circus”. on the day of departure we went to a foam party - it was fun, the animators organized a great holiday for adults and children.

I have been to several all inclusive resorts around the world, and this one is definitely on the top of the list! One of the best vacation experiences ever! This resort is huge, luxurious and very clean. It is located right on the beach, with two beaches. One very large beach with a ton of lounge chairs and daybeds. The other is a private, reservation only beach with nice cabanas and it's own private bar. There are multiple eating options available throughout the day including a HUGE buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. The food will vary depending on the theme for that night. Turkish night (on Sundays) was my favorite, lots of delicious dishes! In between the breakfast/lunch/dinner hours, you can grab a variety of delicious foods from any one of the food courts. Nona's bar & grill is open 24/7, in case you get hungry in the middle of the night. The resort has two huge pools, one of which has water slides for the big kids & adults, along with a large section on the other end for small kids consisting of a splash zone and smaller water slides. There is also an indoor pool next to the spa in case you want to be out of the sun. There is also a kids play area that has lots of fun activities and playground equipment for the little ones including a mini disco in the evenings. The resort has an adult disco that starts up later in the evenings, and an amphitheater for a variety of shows and entertainment. The spa was wonderful. They have a steam room and sauna that you can use free of charge. They also have a variety of other services you can purchase such as massages and Hamam. The Hamam is a Turkish bath. It is absolutely amazing, and if you have never tried it, you have to try it out. I highly suggest you purchase the Hamam package where you get an amazing bath, followed by a one hour massage. You will feel like a million bucks afterwards! There were five of us in my group and all five of us were very sad when our two weeks ended and we had to leave because we absolutely loved this resort and the staff, hence did not want our stay to end. As I have mentioned, the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. However, I want to give a special thank you and acknowledgement to several folks at this resort that were very hospitable and made our experience amazing and memorable, starting with Murat, the General Manager. He is amazing. Somehow he is everywhere on the property all of the time, making sure everything is running smoothly and the guests are happy. I really appreciated meeting him and seeing how he was taking care of business throughout the day, every day. Next are Huseyin and Mahmut from the restaurant. Both were very attentive to our family, extremely friendly, personable, and fast! After the third day, they both knew exactly what the family wanted to drink without us having to tell them which I found impressive! Our first night was terrible because we were surprised that the room on our Agoda booking confirmation was different from the confirmation that the hotel had (Agoda transferred the wrong booking information to the hotel). The room that we got on our first nignt was for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and it was very small for 5 adults. After contacting Agoda’s call center, they confessed that there was a problem with their system and with their partner company. We contacted Agoda but they weren't helpful at all. The next day, I reached out to the very kind lady on the reception Ms Izabella. The manager and her were understanding and very helpful. Therefore, they gave us a new family room located in the main building (which was the type of room that we booked on Agoda). From that day forward, I had a wonderful time with my family in this perfect deluxe hotel with great service and a very nice and helpful team in all depar**ents (reception, bars, room service, cleaning, hygiene, restaurants, entertainment …..). The food in this hotel is great. They have a large variety of food for everyone. The hotel also has a restaurant called Nona that stays open 24/7 for drinks and food. All employees do their best as a team in order to offer the best type of service. I would also like to highlight the fact that when the sea waves threw sea**** and some sort of trash onto the beach, many people from the hotel team cooperated to clean the beach in a very short time. I would like to thank Cesars Hotel’s team and management for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful vacation. I will certainly choose this Hotel again for my next vacation and I advise everyone to choose this hotel if they want to make unforgettable memories.

In October 2022, I stayed at Caesar Temple Deluxe Resort & SPA. The hotel was mostly clean, and the housekeeping was acceptable. The dining salon was spacious and fairly clean, and the staff were helpful, except for one rude receptionist. The beach was beautiful for swimming, but the facilities were limited, and you had to wake up early at 5 am to reserve a spot using a bag or towel. However, the hotel is located very far from the city, and transportation to Antalya for shopping can be expensive. The food variety was extensive, but unfortunately, I found it to be tasteless, which was disappointing as I had good memories of Turkish meals. During my 8-day stay, I had to rely on taxis to eat in nearby malls or the city center three times. The hotel was family-friendly, but it was filled with noisy children and drunk parents, making it challenging to have a quiet and relaxing time. The receptionist's behavior was awful, especially if you arrived late at night. I had paid two-thirds of the accommodation cost with my Canadian credit card, but the receptionist didn't provide a room until I paid the remaining amount in cash. The exchange rate they offered was lower than the market rate, and they didn't accept Canadian dollars. Luckily, I had US dollars and Euros, or else the rude receptionist might have made me wait until morning. I recommend having the full difference in Turkish lira to avoid being cheated with a lower rate and to avoid extra fees for international transactions. Despite the negative aspects, I gave the hotel a 3-star rating due to the helpful staff who provided natural lemon-mint tea when my roommate caught a cold.

Gave us a room front of the main hotel a/c Couldnt sleep all night! Switched to a room where the beds were terrible we couldnt sleep on it. At this hotel the staff treats only russan people good!!!!!!

For us it was the best and most beautiful experience so far in Antalya. I had a reluctance to choose this hotel because of the other not so good reviews. But it was a perfect choice. The hotel has Russian characteristics, but that didn't bother us. We arrived at the hotel quite late (11 p.m.), even so the staff was very kind, starting from the reception to the boy who helped us with our luggage. Even at home, I chose a room in the villa and not in the hotel. (I understood from other customers that not all rooms in the hotel are ok). We asked nicely to get a nice room and we got it. It was the perfect villa no. 23. After we received the card from the room, the baggage boy helped us with them up to the room. When we went inside, we were super surprised by how beautiful and clean it was. in one word PERFECT. Cleaning was done well every day. The next day we started to explore the place. Super beautiful beach with those canopies, you could find a seat at any time, even if it wasn't in the front row they always broke free. Our 3-and-a-half-year-old boy was delighted by the swimming pools specially arranged for him, the playground on the beach and various activities. I really don't think anything was missing. They have swimming pools and activities for all ages, including adults. Restaurants near the beach and near the pool. Ice cream bar until 5 p.m. here, yes, I would have changed the closing time to be later. The drinks were perfect. I made friends with the guys at the bar, they were great. All the staff were great. They always asked us if we were ok and if everything was fine. The food from our point was great and diverse. I didn't have any kind of problem. Clean restaurant. The employees always made sure it was like that. The entertainment team was great. The girls are always happy and smiling. There were shows every night followed by a party at an outdoor club. Which did not exceed 00.00 o,clock. The perfect evening bar. you could even order food. From our point of view the hotel was great. from staff to food to beach to entertainment to everything. Thank you for the experience !!

I have had many experiences with hotels around Antalya, and Cesars Belek is undoubtedly the best. The newly designed, modern rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel's close proximity to the predominantly sandy beach is a huge plus, and they offer a variety of high-quality food options. The staff at Cesars Belek are always eager to respond to your questions and needs, without any "baksis" system like in Egypt. The sea was consistently warm, and the swimming area was quite extensive, estimated to be around 100 x 150 meters. This is particularly important to note, especially considering my previous experience at Hotel Carols Beau Rivage in Egypt, where the swimming area was drastically smaller, making it feel like a crowded pool. Cesars Belek also offers a wide range of beverages, including those made from imported alcohol. Popsicles, pizza, and other foods were always readily available. With approximately six bars (two additional ones during lunch and dinner times), I never had to wait long for a drink. It's hard to find any significant faults. The only very minor issue, which doesn't impact my overall rating, is that there are some small pebbles when entering the sea. Additionally, the list of cocktails is available only in one bar. I would recommend providing a list of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to all bars, as this is something all visitors would appreciate (a similar system was in place at the Arkanus hotel). In conclusion, Cesars Belek offers an exceptional experience, with its fantastic location, top-notch service, and diverse food and drink options. It's a top choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Antalya.

The good: Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel. The beach is good but bit pebbly in places.The lobby bar and Nona are great. The rooms are cleaned daily and the maids do a good job. The bad: Rooms very outdated with no telly on the main bedroom. Sofa beds on the living room is not ideal for adults. Not enough storage so had our clothes in the suitcases during our stay. Forget about sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sunset or the sea view, as there is only space for one person and also the hot air blowing from the air con make it unbearable to sit on the balcony. Fridge does not get replenished daily as stated. In fact, during our stay, it was was only filled a couple of times. I have complained to no avail and then decided it isn’t worth complaining about a couple of cheap bottles of cola and cartons of sour cherry juice. The restaurant is very big but gets very busy with long queues for freshly cooked stuff. Food is very repetitive, oily and Luke warm at most times. Few members of our party got sick for few days. This hotel is not a five star. However, my 5 stars goes to the staff who work tirelessly for long hours to keep the place going. Overall not a good experience and I would not be going back to this hotel in the future.
