Loved it pity its in benidorm I didn't like it benidorm but if you do stay there it's was lovely

Great staff very helpful and prices were good. Hotel overall was OK clean and quirky. Beds comfortable and large walkin shower you got a kettle in the room but no cups coffee ect. But location not very good for us. It was in the middle of the residencal bit of town. Parking was a nightmare as everywhere is residential only if you do manage to find a blue parking space you have to top up ever few hours. We ended up parking in a car park at an Extra cost of €22 hotel pool is across the road.

Absolutely disgusting Staff seem friendly but that’s where it all stopped. I’ll let the photos give you the true picture arrived here on the 25th of May. Moved to a totally new hotel on the 26 managed to save my holiday. I’ve had to pay a lot more money but still moved to another star. Hotel lots of people were complaining at breakfast in the morning after we arrived I’ve put in a complaint with on the beach who will be investigating it.

My friend and I went for a little get away it was such a good deal our expectations weren’t too high, however the hotel is very modern, staff are friendly - especially ALEXIS the entertainer !!!!! Made us feel so welcome and made our expirience even better. The hotel is clean comfortable beds, the food is slightly limited but we always found something we liked. There is a snack bar on the 6th floor along with a small pool - but there is a big pool just outside, only down side of this is there is no bar there, however not far to pop into the hotel for a drink etc.

Had a fantastic few days here, really enjoyed my holiday. The staff friendly and helpful and the pool across the road was very nice. The rooms were quite modern and clean with a daily maid service. The restaurant was a little limited but still could choose things I liked. I particularly liked the warm bread rolls. The bar staff were also good and helpful and remembered your order which made it personal. The hotel is out of the main ***** but taxi is not expensive just €5-7 euros and we got a taxi back most nights and they were available. SPECIAL MENTION TO ALEXIS WHO PROVIDED A GREAT ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM AND WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE REALLY MADE IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. I have stayed in 3 hotels in Benidorm but this one was my favourite. I probably wouldn’t look for a different hotel for my next visit which I am already planning.

The hotel its self was nice enough and the staff were amazing.... especially alexis the entertainment man...but the noise from other guests let it down big time... I thought that in the old town It wouldn't be a party hotel... but how wrong I was... the food was terrible not alot of choices, Unless you want garden peas for you breakfast...We spent loads on eating out... so don't waste your money on all inclusive.... the drinks also let it down... and let's not start about the so called pool... it is on the roof top and in the picture it looks OK... well it's no bigger than a hot tub you would have in your garden... and the rooms themselves were very small with not alot of room to walk around.. and next to no storage.... oh yes and there is a lot of French people who were very rude... so my opinion don't book this hotel.

Not worth the all inclusive aspect, the alcoholic drinks are appalling, the spirits come out of a digital pump, my husband got a gin and tonic and there was no smell on it at all, didn’t smell like gin, my friend drank vodka but even though they fill half the glass with it you just can’t taste it. The food was nice enough, the breakfast was good, the lunch was basic but ok, and the evening meal was ok but we tended to go out and explore in the evenings, the staff in the dining room were absolutely lovely, always greeted with a smile. Th ex chap behind the bar though needs some customer service training, he was rude. Wouldn’t go back

Beds were very comfy and had lovely bedding, the room was lovely and modern and there was plenty of room for everything. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was nice and there was lots of entertainment on. It is in a good location and is nice for a break away.

This hotel was amazing! Our room was pretty large with modern decor and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a lovely shower with good pressure. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was good. We asked for 2X additional pillows and they were delivered to our within 10 minutes which I thought was great service. The rooftop deck was great for sunbathing and the rooftop bar was a nice touch! With only a short to the beach the hotel is in an ideal location in Old Town. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Loved our stay at the Cuco. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet exceptional. Room clean and functional. Bathroom lovely. Plenty of English tv channels. If you are traveling by car, the local car park has a market on Tuesday. Your car will be impounded on Monday if you do not move it. Cost €100!

Nice hotel and staff. Reception area was nice and bar was good. Roof terrace was good however lack of pool not so good, especially if you were coming in the summer for a week. Our room was clean and cleaned everyday however did have a smell of smoke to it when we arrived and each time we returned. Food was ok for an all inclusive. Location was nice as a bit quieter. Would return for a weekend break.

This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 4 days and this is our second time in Cuco. Food excellent and the location is perfect. Clean tidy rooms and the staff are really polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. We plan to return very soon! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Hotel is in a good location 10 min walk to the Old Town, Beach, Shops ect. The reception area is a nice open plan setup, the Staff are all lovely and the room was fine, good WiFi and a small balcony. The rooftop pool wasn't open we used a pool in a sister hotel which was fine. The food was OK if your a meat eater, If your vegetarian the good not wonderful, my advice would be to let the hotel know when you arrive your a vegetarian ect. The entertainment was fine and thier is a Kareoke most nights if that's your thing. Overall a nice Hotel.

Cheap and cheerful. Food and drink wasn’t great but hotel is nice looking and about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Rooftop pool wasn’t open which was a shame but we were able to use pool across the road. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and there was a supermarket close by.
