Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm

Great hotel stayed here previously about 9 years ago so decided to try it again. Love this place rooms really clean bathroom is on the small side but adequate. Staff friendly and great check in . Food cannot fault plenty of choice even had shepherds pie and roast beef. Breakfast is good also you can get cava and add it to the fresh orange juice to make bucks fizz. Location is great right next to the market not too far from the beach and a nice walk to the old town. Drinks are mixed opinions cocktails not bad at £7euro but gin and tonics/whiskeys etc quite expensive. Good entertainment venues nearby Sinatra's Is good.

I have stayed here many times, and it always my first choice. My single room was clean and comfortable, there is a freee safe, flat screen TV, with Engish channels if you want to catch up with your favourite programmes. Bathroom was small, but satisfactory, walk in shower, stool and hairdrier. Room was cleaned daily, the lady was thorough and pleasant. Although only 3 star, Pueblo has more than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. There are two outdoor pools, plus a heated indoor one, and two kids pools, one in a designated play area. There were plenty of sunbeds, no need to be reserving early. Food was generally good, with a reasonable choice, although there didn't seem to be as many desserts as in some previous years. Location is good, not too near the main *****, but close enough, and about 10 minutes to the beach. The twice weekly market is only about 200 metres away.

Fantastic hotel, great location, friendly staff, clean. Stayed full board for 5 days, food was great and plenty of choice. So much fish it was amazing. Even had halibut on the menu which is so expensive back home so was a treat. Big salad bar, fresh bread and rolls and even an ice bucket to use to make sure your drink stays cold. Easy check in and all staff spoke English. Good mix of different people there. I'm not one for hotel entertainment but I do know they had love singers on every night and people were up and dancing. Drinks cheap at the hotel bar as well. I would definitely come back

Had a great week at the Pueblo Staff are all lovely. Everything is very clean and tidy as is the pool area. Perfect location for all the bars/restaurants/market/Beach My only criticism of the hotel is NOT having tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfasts are buffet style with plenty of choice for everybody. Thanks for a lovely week

Check in was quick we arrived at 11am and our room was ready even though check in wasn’t till 4pm we was on the 16th floor which over looked the pool and we was happy with this. We was b&b but didnt wake up in time for breakfast! Safe in the room was free which was a bonus! Over all good hotel if your wanting to explore Benidorm and go to the bars which is what we did. Cocktails in the hotel were nice and freshly made. Would happily go back as it’s perfect location and the staff were lovely

excellent hotel ,great location and excellent breakfast .Only used the hotel as BnB cos we was out most days but all really had a great time and the two fellas behind the bar in the evening was good fun would definitely stay again next time in Benny .Nothing to do with the hotel but beware of pick pocets when out and about

We had a fantastic holiday In Benidorm whilst staying in the Servigroup Pueblo. The hotel is in a great location, the food was great and every member of staff we met were friendly , efficient and helpful .

Firstly The lovley receptionist was so welcoming when we arrived, (sorry forgot his name) he asked us what floor height would we like and either sun rise or sunset we went for the 15th floor facing the pool with partial sea view which was a great choice, the room is a good size with a nice powerfull shower, 2 wardrobes, safe, fridge, drawers & desk, the breakfast had great choice of cerial, breads, juices continential choices or if you prefere an english that is on offer too, it was a bit cold for the outside pool but we did use the indoor pool, we didnt use the other facilitys the games room & bar, but as we had a late checkout we could store our cases in a room and had the choice of using the shower room for changing later in the day, (on the weekend the hotel gets very busy with spanish so breakfast times were a little busy) the location of the hotel is 5 mins walk from the wednesday & sunday market & 10 mins to the beach, All the staff are really lovley and we will use this hotel again.

Had a lovely time at the Pueblo, I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff, the reception are very helpful, always someone there to help. The restaurant can be a little manic at times and very noisy! The food isn’t always hot and I think that always seems to be an issue. The weekly food selection gets a little monotonous when you stay long term, maybe the chef could slip in a different meal here and there. The staff clearing the tables should not be relaying without sanitising their hands or there should be those that clear dirty plates and those that lay clean cutlery. The restaurant staff work very hard and are very friendly. My room was mostly keep clean, so only 2 complaints, the toilet roll! It’s awful! There’s bits everywhere and unfortunately they don’t get swept up very well and the balcony could do with being cleaned everyday, the oil fluff gets all over the floor, chair, table and anything else that happens to be out there! The housekeepers are always about cleaning, there’s never a dirty space where they’ve been within the hotel. The chairs and tables outside could do with a wipe off more regularly, there’s a slight problem with oil dust particles, not sure where they’re floating from, but if you get them on your clothes, it’s hard to get off. The little birds and pigeons are also good at leaving little presents 😉 The barmen are always so welcoming and very friendly, they make my holiday every year 😁 The indoor pool was slightly warmer this year, but it could do with a few degrees more. I like where the hotel is situated, just far enough out of the noise, close enough to be involved if you want to, the hotel puts on some really good entertainment in the evenings, some gentle background music in the afternoons would be good in the bar area or pool area. The wifi this year on the higher floors wasn’t up to scratch for some reason, last year I didn’t have a problem, this year I had to use my data, which luckily I have plenty of. All in all I’d recommend the Pueblo hotel, it’s a great place to stay and you are never short of meeting lots of new and old friends.
