Hotel New Tsuruta is conveniently located a mere 10 minutes walk from
Beppu Station, close to Beppu Tower and the Beppu Ginza shopping arcade. You will appreciate the morning sunrise illuminating Beppu Bay every morning.

About 12 minutes walk from Beppu station. You can see signs of ages especially the lobby setting, still it’s a clean hotel. The room itself was spacious and it was renovated not long ago. The onsen is not big but it’s never crowd during my evening and morning visits. Breakfast is reasonably good with plenty of local dishes. Well worth the money.

温泉在六樓，坐在户外位置望着別府灣泡温泉，十分舒服。房間設備有點陳舊的味道，令整體 住宿體驗打了折扣。早餐選置豐富，味道可以。

酒店位置很好，面朝大海。
方便的地方。公共汽車站和車站都很近，10分鐘距離，附近有很多餐館、便利店和其他商店。6樓的溫泉可以俯瞰大海，泉水溫暖舒服。
豐富的自助早餐，菜式選擇很多，非常友好和細心的工作人員。

家族旅行で利用した者の感想です。一言で言うと古いホテル。外観も内装や設備も昭和の雰囲気満載で、良く言えば落ち着く。室内の設備はコンセントも足りないレベル。
価格帯は特別安くもなかったので、その点で考えると諸々物足りない。朝のバイキングを利用しましたが、品数は普通。味は美味しかったのでオススメします。お風呂も普通。ただ海外客が9割と多く、文化の違いによってマナーが悪いので気分を害することがあった。レストラン、お風呂は海外客の利用状況によって時間帯を変えることをオススメします。
