I booked this hotel before, firstly because of the hotels under the Hoshino Group, and secondly because my bestie had stayed in other hotels in her family before and recommended it. When I first arrived at the hotel, the overall decoration style of the hotel gave people a feeling of dim lighting, which may be the reason for the quiet feeling. Especially the stairs from the second floor to the first floor restaurant and the restaurant front desk, the lighting is even darker, especially at night. Because there is no yellow staircase reminder ***** on the stairs, when I came down the stairs at dinner, the lights were dark, and the boundary between the last step and the ground was unclear. I fell directly to the ground, with both knees and hands on the ground, and I lay on the ground. After my friend helped me up, I felt unbearable pain in my right knee, my knees were broken, and my palms were also rubbed. At that time, the hotel was completely perfunctory in dealing with this matter, just giving 2 Band-Aids, and that was it. I later claimed compensation through Ctrip, but the hotel was completely irresponsible. I will never go to a hotel under the Hoshinoya Group again.
