I was stranded when I got this accommodation, very frustrated when my initial booked accommodation could not accommodate me but when I got to Musgrave Avenue Guesthouse, the lady who welcomed me was amazing, the place was clean, quiet and smelling good and the room was just perfect.🙂

This is a really good place to stay. Hosts are very accommodating. The breakfast certainly provides sustenance for the day ahead. Quiet and comfortable room. Nice to have a lounge available for groups travelling for business

The stay was amazing as always but we didnt enjoy the room we had this year, we love room F and really wish we could get the F room next time we book if possible or maybe rather get something similar and a bit private.

The Venue has no signage. I had to call to find out as I was searching for it on the street. There was no security for the premises whether day or night. Staff was not friendly, I felt like was chased during the checkout time.

I arrived quite late to the property (around 11pm). Nonetheless, the host was very accommodating with the late check-in time. All the paperwork and admin was ready and had no hassle. The rooms themselves are comfortable and come with everything you need for a good night stay over. The bathrooms are amazing and lock newly renovated. Breakfast was well prepared and on time. The host made sure that the breakfast was well presented. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Booking in with the hostess was very simple and welcoming. The location was good, room was very clean and well set up with the ensuite bathroom. If available we will stay there again at our next visit.
