Hotel has seen better days and rooms need renovation. No elevator (lift). Excellent bar and restaurant menu. One minutes walk from the beach.

Fantastic location and nice restaurant in the main building. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Interior needs updating and broken furniture in the hall made a poor impression.

The Hotel Victoria is the best hotel for staying at Bergen aan Zee. The Breakfast is admirable and offers anything u would need for a short trip. The staff is very kind and welcoming and tries to make one‘s wishes come alive. For example, the flower present at 25€ was very large and beautiful.
Only the missing spaces for putting your bags and other things in the bathroom can be criticised.

We where expecting the usual experience of a sea side town in the Netherlands - overly packed and way too busy. This Hotel is in a sleepy little sea side town, clean rooms, simple breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff. Easy to park there too.... great. The walls are paper thin so do please be considerate to your fellow travelers. (its not the Hotels responsibly its YOURS fellow inconsiderate travelers who insist on blasting your TV loud at mid night!)

Positiv: Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Negativ: Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Nur ein kleiner Schrank mit sehr wenig Stauraum vorhanden. Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Badezimmer sehr beengend selbst für eine zierliche Person wie meine Frau. Ebenfalls wenig Ablageflächen vorhanden. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eine Modernisierung ist notwendig. Tapeten stehen schon ab. Zeitfenster das man angeben muss, wann man zum Frühstück kommt ist etwas merkwürdig, da sowieso jeder wie er will kommt. Der Preis für dieses Zimmer von 624.-€ inklusive Frühstück ist einfach für 5 Nächte nicht gerechtfertigt.
