The location was perfect and the apartments were easily accessed and spacious and clean. They are sp**** in design but have everything you need.

I loved staying here! The location is excellent for both sightseeing and the business locations I needed that were a short walk away in Potzdamer Platz. The kitchens are well equipped with anpplicances and there is an excellent grocery store two blocks away though there are also a variety of restaurants on the main floor. Be sure to bring your own toiletries. Staff are kind and helpful if/when you need. As there are also permanent residents throughout the building, it’s great to feel like you are living in Berlin while you’re there!

Great location, 5 min walk from Brandenburg gate. Lots of restaurants near by, and a Aldi within the “Mall of Berlin”, also about 5 mins away. The apartment itself is very big, but lacks character. Mostly IKEA furniture, and it’s a little sp****. No microwave in the kitchen, but it does have a dishwasher . The living room curtains don’t fully close, not big enough for the window, so little privacy at night.

Pluses: Great location, spacious apartments, nice decorations. Minuses: Housed in really old and gray apartment blocks; reception is part-time only.

The location of the apartments is fantastic; close to sights, transport, and a supermarket, as well as the Mall of Berlin. Check in was efficient, and our 2 bedroom apartment a generous size.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Bare furnishings and very small bathroom for 3-bedroom apt. Lift worked fine. Quiet.

We stayed for 4 days in Berlin and highly recommend these apartments. We couldn't have asked for more. We stayed in the studio apartment which was perfect, very spacious and clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need - cups, plates, cutlery, washing up liquid, sponges etc. The bed was really comfortable with huge pillows and the shower was very powerful. They are in the perfect location, close to a selection of different restaurants all within walking distance and close to the subway. Check in staff were friendly. We had an ironing board in our apartment with no iron, so we walked down to the checkin in spot and asked for an iron which we were able to rent out for 20 euros and upon the return we got that 20 euros back. We asked for a late check out which was accepted at a fee. All in all, a perfect stay.

The apartment was huge at a great location. I booked it through Orbitz and have pre-paid for the rental. However, we were asked to pay cash when we checked in. I ended up had to deal with the refund due to their error. But at least the management was courteous.

Myself my wife an 2 teenage boys 15 & 17 arived at reception @ 4pm, check-in was easy, given 2 sets of keys, (€200.00 if lost), Our apartment was just round the other side of the block which is 5mins away I think they have a few different apartments in the area, we stayed in block 05 and our room was 0502 5th floor, thankfully there was a lift. Apartment was clean although the door was very noisy so as a smoker I was up and down a few times when we were in so could do with some oil, we booked a **ed apartment with 1 double and 2 single beds but on arrival it was 2 doubles, spoke to reception but nothing they could do, we ended up taking one of the 2 singles that make up the double and putting it on the floor, just as well we're used to camping, our eldest didn't mind, got a spare sheet from reception. Good size bed rooms & living area with kitchen and bathroom (no lock on the bathroom door) shower is over bath with curtain which was dated but adequate, kitchen has all you need, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, cutlery and dishes all supplied, all in all very satisfied with the apartment. Location is great, right next to the Jewish Memorial and 5 mins from Brandenburg Gate, recommend getting the Hop on Hop off bus ticket to see sights and use for transport, service Finnishes 5:30 so watch you time. The restaurants down stairs are a great addition to the area especially ROMs Indiche Indian restaurant we loved the food and good for a drink at night, Simran was very welcoming, the kebab shop was good, also steakhous and little Italy+ more on your doorstep, local shop and supermarket 5 mins along the road. All in all I would recommend staying here we had the best holiday and all left happy.

Dirty and smelly. The apartment smell 24/7 from the restaurants downstairs. No AC so you need to open windows and then the apartment and everything in it gets very smelly. The one star is for the location.

I'll start with a positive--Location and size of apartment. Honestly, that is where it sadly ended. This was the worst stay in our 3 week Germany trip. My main complaint was the lack of care and service from the staff and the inaccuracy/unclarity of the photos of the apt. We had an issue with the beds being separated, as our 2 big, unrelated men didn't want to sleep in a Queen together. Normally in Germany, these beds can be separated & they were shown on the web as such. Anyway, I did inquire about it and also asked instead for a cot. My request was met with a robotic and somewhat rude response, including that it couldn't be done that night (fine) and that we had to prepay, etc. There was no offer of any solution other than read the fine print. "There are no guarantees on bed configuration" Over and over "...this is not the policy" blah blah blah with 0 emotion or care. Oh, and they asked if we wanted a blanket to sleep on the 4 foot couch. OK. I received a sheet and when I asked for a pillow, I got a pillowcase. Whatever. Our travel partner ended up booking a separate place. They give you a 4 pg contract to sign all written in German. Sketchy. The beds werelow and somewhat uncomfortable, but we were tired and slept ok. The 1990 east german shower was awkward with shower curtain that sticks to your body & ran out of hot water after person #2. We didn't bother to complain, we knew it wouldn't matter. The washer (kinda the reason we booked this place) did not have instructions, there were no instructions on what to do with garbage or check out, other than be out by 10, or you're charged . We each received 1 bath & 1 hand towel for 3 days. It is customary in Germany, but we did need more and didn't even bother to ask, I didn't even want to see the woman! The Hallways were filthy! The apt, however, was clean. When we left the guy who was somewhat considerate asked us how everything was...I said "liveable." Then he asked if there were any lightbulbs out.
