Reviews of Apartments am Brandenburger Tor

Very good location. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen has good stock of cutleries and utensils. But there’s no tissue and no pillow (the pillow was a rolled comforter). Other than this, everything was good. I will stay here if I visit Berlin again.

The apt is near to Berlin Mall with Supermarket and lita of restos nearby. Near to Sightseeing areas (1.5km away) omly. Inhave walked around and so convenient. The apt is so spacious ❤️ it a lot!!! has thermal heating system. Washing machine, ironing etc. and Netflix. Only need to bring own Shampoo/Detergent for cleaning clothes. Internet was good as well.

On a very nice location but I think it is expensive for what you get quality wise. Space wise it is good. Old fashion bath rooms with minimalistic showers and design of the apartment is as if it is only maintained over last 20 years. Kitchen equipment is also only minimum. Be aware that the parking is available but comes at a charge of 20 Euro per day. People are nice and responsive. When picking up the key and you are by car it is best to have somebody with you or you need to pay parking fee next door. There own parking entrance is one block down the street.

The location is great! The building itself is very old, but the rooms are newly renovated. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, and no daily room service, but with this price, there is nothing more to complain.

Great location, near many central tourist hotspots. However, the reception is two blocks away, and be prepared for a long walk—huge lounge rooms, kitchen, and dining. It isn't like many in Europe.

The walls were dirty. The washing machine left our white socks dirtier than when we put them in. When we rang our clothes out so we could dry them, the water was very dirty, even though the clothes we put in were not that dirty. When I sat on the couch, there were bugs that were flying around.

Really good location, right next to Brandenburger Tor. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommended

The service was okay. We arrived at 5:00 am, and our apartment keys were in the secure area where the code was sent to our email, so when we arrived, we managed to get the keys and went into our apartment. We enjoyed the location because the restaurants were all lined up as soon as we exited the apartment. A best location that I recommended to my colleagues when they travel to Berlin in the future.

Across the street from the Brandenburg Gate, 500 meters away from the newly opened Berlin Mail supermarket, food and shopping are all available, and it is very convenient to take the subway 🚇 from the airport or the main train station. The hotel front desk is very warm and polite

There are two rooms, the master bedroom has a balcony, the living room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, tableware and kitchen utensils. No breakfast is provided, but there are many restaurants and breakfast shops downstairs. The location is very convenient, very close to the Brandenburg Gate, and you can walk to other major attractions. Parking is near the hotel.

The staff was cold and asked me to check in at the front desk at 13:00 and get a room, but asked me to come back at 15:00 to get the key. When I came back, the room I was staying in had been changed. The room was a suite in a residential building. The decoration was really not worthy of 1,600 yuan a night. There was no shower gel or anything like that. When I was taking a shower, the shower head broke at both ends, and the water column directly hit my instep, causing a bruise. The front desk refused to respond on the grounds that it was the weekend. There was also a musty smell in the shower curtain, and I didn't expect that there was snot and hair behind it...

It's very close to the Brandenburg Gate, so it's very convenient for running the Berlin Marathon. Apartment rooms still have ancient door keys, one for the unit door and one for the room door. They need to be kept well, and you will have to pay for them if they are lost. The apartment is fully furnished, with one bedroom and two living rooms. It has a kitchen for cooking, including an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, bread machine, and coffee machine. There is a large supermarket nearby, which is super convenient for buying ingredients. I cook every day. There is a washing machine (no drying, only spin drying). The bed in the room is very big, with two single mattresses on the double bed and a single quilt. The bed is very hard and I slept soundly. It should be noted that his family has rooms in several nearby streets, but the check-in office is some distance away from the room, so you may have to drag your suitcase across two streets to get to the room after checking in.
