Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop.

A small, convenient tourist spot situated in a relatively quiet corner of Wilmersdorf a couple of hundred yards from the Spichernstraße U-Bahn and within easy walking distance of several others. We stayed in the "Café" flat with direct access onto the street and found it clean and comfortable with everything you might need - nothing special but perfect for a visit of a few days! Our host was extremely helpful and took the time to show us everything about our room. Well-placed for all attractions on and around the Kurfürstendamm, and well within convenient walking distance from Berlin's centre of LGBT+ nightlife in Schöneberg. Would recommend!
