The hotel is very good, more than 20 minutes from Berlin city by S train. After buying the tickets on the platform, you must remember to plug in the machine next to it to check the time~ If it is a small group of 5 people, it is recommended to buy a team ticket~ more cost-effective~ The service staff is also very patient. We deducted 25 euros per room one or two days before check-in. We asked about things every day. The hotel staff explained to us very clearly. In contrast, the Ctrip staff showed their shortcomings. We are wondering why we are ”helping” as ”friends” to ask? Instead of being an official booking platform? We believe in Ctrip. Das merkt man. Die Zimmer sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß: Kein Safe, keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht eine einzige Schublade, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Wäscheleine. Keine Kosmetikartikel (außer Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife), obwohl damit geworben wurde. Ausgefranste, hauchdünne Handtücher (siehe Foto), keine Bademäntel (obwohl Sauna und Fitness im Haus), keine Pantoffeln. - Im Bad roch es unangenehm, die völlig verdreckte und verkeimte Lüftung (siehe Foto) macht eher alles noch schlimmer. - Uns wurde beim Einchecken nicht gesagt, dass man Housekeeping extra bestellen muss. Wo gibt's denn sowas?? Man hatte uns aber zugesagt, zumindest die Handtücher zu tauschen, was aber nicht erfolgte. Das für den Folgetag von uns bestellte Housekeeping erfolgte dann eher oberflächlich. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die leere Kosmetiktücherbox ignoriert. - Es gibt in der Tiefgarage weder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder noch Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen unsere Bikes einfach mit ins Zimmer nehmen und dort laden. Haben wir dann gemacht. Mit den Bikes durch dir Lobby, rein in den Aufzug, die langen Flure entlang gefahren und dann ab ins Zimmer. - Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Sehr viel Aufbackware und aus Großpackungen. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind teilweise fleckig und durchgesessen. Auch hier merkt man das Alter. - Mittags haben wir das Restaurant mal getestet. Die Qualität war ok, allerdings fehlten wesentliche Zutaten beim bestellten Salat. ”Die hat der Azubi in der Küche wohl vergessen”. Alles in allem aus meiner Sicht absolut keine Empfehlung. Wenn ich mir die ****-Dehoga-Kriterien anschaue, werden diese nicht eingehalten.

This is great if you stay in Berlin for a few days. It’s good that public transport is right outside the hostel. It’s a bit far from the main city so you will have to get a few public transport to get there. The beds are squeaky but comfortable enough. The television is in German which is expected. There is no rooms with a shower or toilet in them, so you will have to walk to the shower and toilet. It is a shared bathroom. You will need to give separate deposit if you need towels and utensils and to wash and dry your clothes. The deposit can only be made in cash. There are no bins in the room but the rooms do have a fridge and a locker and a table and chairs. The hostel is great for sleeping and then leaving the next day to do activities.

Actually, I stayed at the hotel for 6 consecutive nights. The overall feeling was not bad. There was a big window like the inner balcony. The window was opened and the green felt at your fingertips. The only bad thing was that there was a little noise. It would be better to close the window. . My colleague and I opened the window for a few nights and didn't turn on the air conditioner. It felt very comfortable. 1. Breakfast is quite rich compared to Europeans. 2. The location is not the city center. There are local small supermarkets within 3 minutes walk. There are Chinese restaurants and large supermarkets in about 20 to 25 minutes. 3. There is no parking lot, the car is parked on the side of the road in front of the hotel.

I've stayed in the hotel one night. I've chosen it because it was near the appartement I was going to rent the following day and because the check in was up to 22hs (my flight arrived late in the night). The receptionist spoke English and was friendly with explanations. She left the hotel at 22hs and the reception was closed till the following day (I left at 10am and it was nobody there. I left the keys in the counter). The restaurant was closed due to Corona. In the surroundings there was no restaurants nor markets open in the night, so I've ordered food by internet and it arrived in 20m. The room was big, with 2 beds, leading to the street, but no sound was heard. In the bathroom there was liquid soap (no shampoo), toilet paper and towels. Heating was working well. You get one duvet in the bed. TV channels also available. I was given the password for internet, but the signal was kind of slow in my room so I was connected in the hall of the 1st floor. There are 2 main doors to enter the hotel: through the restaurant and another one by the left side. The staff of the delivery service entered directly and I've found him at the door of my room! (when nobody was at the reception). There's a lift that was working in the night an early morning, but it seems that it's not working all the time. There are stairs that you need to climb in order to reach the reception, so you will have to make an effort by yourself to carry the bags as there's nobody there to help. In front of the hotel there's the S-Bahn station, and 100mts away there's a bakery where you can grab a coffee and croissant in the morning (as the hotel doesn't provide you with breakfast).

I am rating this 4 stars out of 5 because of the value for money - for a long stay our nightly price worked out well. The hotel comprises what looks like an original tall building which seems to have incorporated a lower building at the back, behind it, and this back section has been newly refurbished and that’s where I was staying. I stayed in a double room with kitchenette, desk, comfy double bed, small raised table and two stools, plenty of storage and a spacious shower room. The plus points are: *Location right next to huge Kaufland supermarket and with the tram stop right outside. It’s about 5 minutes walk to Adlershof S Bahn Station. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants around it. *Nice quality refurb with airport theme *Fantastic shower with two different heads and great water pressure *Good kitchenette with small fridge, freezer compar**ent, plug in induction ring, Nespresso machine, microwave with grill function. *Reception open 24 hours *Plentiful reception staff *Aircon in this part of the building although it is centrally controlled so no choice of temperature. *Windows open multi ways so you can safely leave them open while out even in the ground floor *Relatively quiet road especially at night and weekends Minus points are: -Lack of housekeeping staff means they officially only clean the rooms every three days. In reality they only came on my fourth day when I made a fuss. Even then they didn’t replenish the loo paper, tissues, coffee capsules, water or the bath mat. I had already had to take my own bins out as they were beginning to smell (given that one cooks in the kitchen) and had to go twice to reception to get loo paper. I feel the bins ought to be emptied more often or they provide you with bin bags and instructions in where to put the rubbish so you can do it yourself. -Lack of information. Why not tell guests where the laundry room is (on the first floor opposite room 108) or where the gym is or that you have to hold the door of the safe closed for it to stay locked otherwise it opens again. -Kitchen utensils were a bit skimpy. I had to ask several times for a sharp knife and a teaspoon but got them in the end. I was denied a tin opener or sieve so had to buy these. There was also no dishcloth, tea towel or washing up liquid which are pretty basic things. Again, had to buy these along with Tupperware boxes. Would also have appreciated a deep cereal type bowl and a wine glass but can manage without. -The aircon comes on with a noise at random times including at night and takes a bit of getting used to if you are not a deep sleeper -The Nespresso machine has a hot water function but if it has ever been used for coffee you will only get coffee flavoured water from the single water spout. For Brits who love their kettles you will probably have to make do by boiling your water for tea on the hob. *Provided two small bottles of body lotion but no shampoo *Could do with more than four clothes hangers for a long stay *

Modern and warm hotel with all amenities of an airport hotel. The SBahn is literally in front of the hote (S9), one stop away of BER. The shuttle from the hotel is 10€ each way. I enjoyed my stay in loginn hotel although it is really remote, like the airport is remote. checkin was super easy. rooms are modern, clean. breakfast pretty much standard. The big difference to me was Sami at the restaurant/bar who made me feel very welcome. When I arrived late the first night and asked for food the kitchen was officially closed but he got out of his way to bake a pizza although the lobby and bar was pretty full. He also makes an effort to talk to guests and speaks a few languages. Thank you Sami for giving this place some extra warmth and character!

I booked the hotel because the name of the hotel contains Berlin Airport, but in fact it is only close to T5 (Terminal 5), while T1 and T2 for general flight boarding are far apart (you need to take a taxi, Or take the subway S9 or S45 for two stops, then walk for 5-10 minutes). Therefore, in fact, staying at the ”airport” hotel did little or nothing to help catch the flight. The basic conditions and hygiene of the housing are pretty good, and the breakfast is quite rich.

A budget hotel, to be sure! For that you pay by having no chair in the room, only a vinyl hassock which you’ll need to double as a bedside table; very few electrical outlets, and none by the bed; no full-length mirror (I’m a performer and need one); no counter space by the sink; only ONE HOOK for your towel or to hang your toiletries kit (choose one or the other — not both!); only one pillow; hard mattress; tiny hot & stuffy room. And to add insult to injury, no free coffee or tea (it’s EUR 2.50); breakfast costs EUR 9.50 and offers very few vegan options, not even plant-based milk for your coffee. The woman behind the desk was condescending when I simply inquired about the cost of breakfast and vegan options. I will say the hotel was clean, and walking distance to a lot of cheap restaurants/street food. Will never choose to stay here again, however!
