Okay, you walk outside and you are in a garbage dump, close to Taksim square, and you sleep in a hotel with a different name luxury medea does not exist, you sleep at a hotel named sam's suites. There was a friendly lady and someone who doesn’t speak english.

The front desk staff was very nice! The guy helped with the luggage, the girl was very good at speaking English, and helped us get a taxi (to avoid scams) and told us where the supermarket was. They were very nice~ It's also very close to Independence Street and the ferry!

The staff were really nice and kind. They helped us a lot with our questions and gave us nice suggestions too. They are still renovating the hotel but overall it was clean and in a really nice area. It is located in Taksim Square and it was surrounded by all the restaurants malls and a metro/subway too. You can also easily reach taxi. The night time life is the best there in Taksim. Overall we loved our 5 days there.
