DIAMOND resort rooms are spacious and clean.
The hotel only cater dinner (not free) thus we have to settle breakfast and lunch somewhere else.

The room is very comfortable. The bed is quite big. It's no problem for two adults to take a nap. The car can be driven to the door. When you go out in the morning, there will be a group of bleating sheep. On the other side is the lawn. It’s a short walk to the penguin viewing platform. At night, two families watch it. The hotel gave a red flashlight. It’s very interesting to see a lot of penguins. In the morning, I went to explore the penguin’s nest. It's a perfect hotel to go for a run through the beach to Diamond Island opposite.

The location of the resort is wonderful and we had an amazing view from our balcony. The unit was also very spacious. We had dinner at the resort which was very good. The downsides were the room is dated with minimal furnishings but the bed was very comfortable. Also significantly, the phrase Penguin tour is a bit misleading. We stand on a platform on the resort’s grass and hope Penguins come up to the platform area. We are not permitted to enter the beach area where other paid tours go. We stood on the platform 2 nights and never saw a Penguin. If you don’t care about seeing the penguins, it is still a lovely location to stay in. The pool area looks clean and nice too and the views are wonderful.

Apartment needs a VERY deep clean. Significant mold in shower and bathroom. Thick dust in bedroom furniture and tap leaking in kitchenette

Management seemed to have no idea.
I was supposably given the wrong keys to the wrong room only to find out the room wasnt even ready so I had to wait at least 1 1/2 hrs .
Washing machine and the laundry room was very dirty and the Dryer door was damaged and hard to close. At least this facility was free of charge.
there was a distinct lack of privacy in the lounge/bedroom area as the blinds didnt cover the window leaving a gap at least 100mm(which the morning sun shone through) and there were no blinds at all on the kitchen window. Will not stay again.
