Hotel the Emerald

The place was good and the hospitality was simply excellent overall it was a comfortable stay with value for the money

Even booked super deluxe room not provided water bottle at room and mineral water bottle charges is 40rs

Had a good stay at the emerald hotel, breakfast was normal and staff were supportive. It's located centrally in the market area so well connected.

Dirty bed sheet, linen. Room didn't have ventilation also. Complimentary water bottel not available in room

Ok, it was comfortable stay, it is in the market place, we can get the things easily near by the hotel

Water bottle in the room not provided. No kettle for tea, coffee. There were mosquito in the room. Need lots of improvement commensurate with the price charged

The source of my room booking in the emerald hotel was internet, i had booked my room through make mytrip. I was in a rush, so i didn't go through the hotel's manual properly. I checked in, and within 2 minutes, i got a call from the hotel's reception that your id proof is not matched with your other partner. Without considering my point, that was really genuine they started creating nuisance, which was very embarrassing. Within 2 minutes of check-in, i had decided to check out. I did not even stay for more than 2 minutes because of their (raju majumdar) bad behavior. I kept asking about my refund, but they didn't refund me any single penny in spite of that they disowned me like anything. Their behavior was not at all ok. I would make sure to escalate this matter up to top management of make mytrip.

I booked the hotel, before getting down from my train, i was skeptical about the my hotel stay, however my skepticism lasted a few moments. The hotel rooms were absolutely spit and span, the staff was very courteous, the amenities were just fine. I highly recommend a stay at emerald to fellow readers.

All the services were very good. Room was clean and hygienic. Food quality was good
