Rooms are neat and clean and tidy. Staff is very cooperative. Swimmimg pool is another attraction point. Although there are a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was quite good.

The main mama tara temple is easily accessible by foot, the cuisine is of standard quality, all amenities are included as mentioned when making a reservation, and the personnel is polite and efficient. My observation of room 422 is favourable, based solely on my stay there.

The hotel was not clean enough and the wifi was horrible. The extra mattress that has been received was torn, thin and dirty. Complaining on the same it has been told to us to contact mm t and ask discuss, as extra mattress is not allowed for three people in one room, it is what they have provided us by themselves. I want to ask mmt, that i am paying a good extra pennies for that double bedroom to poorly adjust in one double bed? the food quality was good but the amount was incorrigible. Which means the price was too high.

Very bad experience. Room quality was so poor. No maintenance. Although they have few good room but they didn't provide us. Complete unsecured hotel.

The property location is good but lacks maintenance the mattress is spring loaded and very uncomfortable. Needs a 100% refurbishment.

The hotel rooms and corridors are really dirty. The rooms which we got was average. The bathrooms was looking dirty even though it was being cleaned. No towels. No water bottle. The rooms accessories looks all dirty. They food is average. One good things was the tarapith temple was in walking distance. But if you are looking for staying more than 1 day, i will prefer not to book this hotel. Look for other hotel even if it is little far away from the temple.

Location is very good, food and services also very good, only thing that need improvement is the cleanliness, for the price we are paying seems overpriced for this reason, overall a good experience, hope they will improve this cleanliness part in future.
