Great place with parking, just not convenient to work in the room

Old fashioned style lodge, quiet, very friendly check in. Decent sized rooms, it’s just a bit old and tired. Enormous pothole blocks the exit of the car park meaning unless you have a large tired car you need to exit from the entrance

Excellent location for Liverpool with near by train station. Close to motorway system and onward journey our catching a boat to Belfast. Wirral and out of town shopping area are also close to hand and the sunlight village.

Quiet hotel, super friendly staff, really comfy bed. No noise from other guests. Room very airy. Easy to access. Wifi login straightforward. Nice powerful shower. Clear picture on TV. Breakfast to go reasonably priced.

The hotel needs refurbishment. Strong bad smell in corridor and bedroom. Hairs in bathroom like it was not cleaned. Paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Could not sleep due to worn out bed. Bad experience

Very helpful staff. It shared a car park with Starbucks but at weekends it can get difficult to find a space to park. Also to note is on leaving the 🚗 park there are 3 major potholes at the end where you join the dual carriageway. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel overall and I was there fo 18 nights.

Cheap hotel in a good location. Quiet and clean. Get what you pay for, so don't expect a 5* hotel, but I was just using it as a base to visit family on the Wirral, so works for me. Starbucks on site for breakfast and coffee.

Arrived at a pot hole filled car park outside Starbucks, rooms very tired the bathroom had a horrible smell it would have been the shower curtain having worked in a premier inn before. It had orange stains behind the taps of the bath that’s body fat which makes it go this colour the mastic around the bath was also mouldy . I know it’s not the most expensive place to stay but you really do need to improve basic standards, we stayed in room 29 backing onto a caravan park no noise but the room felt cold on arrival not very inviting. We had a coffee at Starbucks in the morning stale pastries and can’t be bothered staff not even a merry Christmas or happy new year shame would have spent more money on something else.

The night staff are lovely they Alway make sure you have everything want to say a massive thank you to Renee and Clare for making sure I got what I needed and I also want to say to all the staff have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year
