Travelodge Birmingham Yardley

Hotel was dirty and run down, bad smell from the communal area and main door very bad condition and not safe. Room smelt of damp and  not offering free wifi in 2024 is really really bad

Customer service not professional at all, Not helpful and not manner full. Stuff should be more trained.

When you book a Travelodge stay it is normally with 3 key factors in mind. Price, convenience and a certain level of expectation in terms of the accomodation. Travelodge Birmingham Yardley hit all expectations. I booked a fair time in advance for 2 nights (weekend) at under £100. We were attending an event at the NEC and it is the right side of the City for that purpose. Easy to locate from the motorway there is plentiful parking and it is set back far enough to not be blighted by noise. The room was a decent size, warm enough, comfy bed and most importantly, clean. I would happily book again.

Hotel has had a refit since my last visit. The rooms are nicer and cosy. Clean ensuite. Temperature of my room was just right as the heating was left on. Friendly staff.

Very good location for both the airport and Town. The hotel was secure and there weren't lots of people milling around. Our room was clean and neat with everything we needed. There was very light noise level in the evening which was fine. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely book here again as overall we had an excellent experience. Thank you
