I’ve never left a bad review before but I feel I have to with this place. We are just back from a 10 night all inclusive stay. Some positives: We had a family room which was spacious and clean enough. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful. Ismail who sells the hammam is the best thing about the hotel. There were 5 of us, only 1 used the hammam and he did not hassle or pressure sell and after my husband had been, iso still took time to come and sit with us each night for a chat. He even gave my husband a lift into town when he didn’t need to. Hk Baran the pool guy took the time to smile at us (which was more than any of the other staff did) & got google translate up to try and communicate with the kids - a really nice guy. The water slides are on for a total of 4 hours a day, we made great use of these and the other two pools. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The food is terrible. Most AI aren’t great but this was shocking. Cold food, hardly any choice, not catered to British at all, which is fine but if you know you have British guests it’s not hard to chuck an option on for kids. Luckily my kids do try all food but it was largely inedible and we ended up paying hundreds of pounds to eat out during our stay. Which I was glad about after seeing the cats helping themselves to peoples plates and walking all over the food in the restaurant. The drinks are very limited in choice. 1 evening we asked for vodka to be told the bar shuts in 20 minutes and they don’t want to open a new one. They ran out of Pepsi, vodka, efes and didn’t care. The dining areas and pool sides are left with plates and cups - nobody seems to clean up. 1 of the 2 entertainment guys said hello to us - that was it. No interaction, the only entertainment was music which was largely Turkish. That’s fine - but they didn’t even translate their speaking for us which other animation teams do. They clearly don’t like English people and make it very clear. We were made to feel very unwelcome. I’ve never wanted a holiday to end before but with this one I was actually glad to leave. The two stars I’ve left are literally for the 2 staff members I’ve written about. I’d seen mentions of cats before but I wasn’t expecting the huge volume that were there. Constantly scavving for food both inside and outside the restaurant. I will also like to thank the on-site doctor who was very helpful when my son broke his nose coming off the slides and hitting the bottom (just an accident, no fault of the hotel). None of the pool side bars are open. The poolside cooking is advertised between certain hours only opened for one day. There’s no ice creams available. Fruit juice from the machine was warm. Waters were warm most days. Cleaners came and made the beds most days and sometimes changed the towels and bins, the floors did still leave our feet black though so not sure how much actual cleaning took place. I appreciate its coming to the end of the season but if you have guests booked

This is the first time in all my holidays that I have felt the need to leave a poor review. On arrival at 1:30am from travelling from the Uk we was informed by the gentleman on reception that there was no room for us! He finally took us to a room that we could use for the night and as he opened the door the smell of damp and mould hit us. On inspection we could see the mouldy stains above the headboard and the bathroom had a lump out of the ceiling and the floor was swimming in water, this was from a constant dripping from the ceiling above the toilet. We sat outside on the veranda the whole night just waiting for the sun to come up. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and was greeted by tea all over the floor from the overflowing drip trays while the staff totally ignored this. Asked for some milk only to be told it had all gone! This was not even 8am! Looking around outside there was empty plastic cups and food on the floor from the night before. We waited by the pool area as the manager had by this point agreed to find us another room, which to be fair he did just after lunchtime. This room was lovely and we could start to relax. Food was all inclusive but we chose to eat out as the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm! Drinks served in thin plastic cups along with the tea or coffee in paper cups. In the UK we tip if we have good service, where as here you are expected to tip to get service! On two occasions our ground floor patio door was left open by the cleaner and the cats had been in our room. Then on one occasion another guest found us to tell us that the cleaner had left our front door wide open. EasyJet holidays have always been good but this hotel should never be advertised. It became clear that we was not the only guest that had been told no room on their first night and made to stay in room 256! Booking a 7 night stay yet one of the night is in a condemned room! Never again would I stay here yet the area is lovely and far superior accommodation and food offered within the area. So the only positive was the location.

First time in Turkey and we were really looking forward to it. However, this hotel really spoiled the experience for us. Other people have commented on the uncleanliness of the place, which we would echo, but it was also really noisy from 10am until 11pm on some nights - from the sound system around the pool. this could be heard from quite a distance. We never once had hot or warm water to shower in; bedrooms were in desperate need of refurbishment (we were in a few - one like a prison cell). Waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely, if over-worked, but senior staff couldn't seem to care less about any issues we presented them with. Please don't choose this hotel, if you can avoid it.

I loved how green the hotel was. Staff were really friendly and helpful - including the onsite doctor. It’s really close to the breach so you have a choice of pool or beach. From breakfast to dinner there was always something to eat. I would go back again but would next time like a slightly bigger room

I don’t know why there is so many good opinions about this place?? The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Everything is dirty, especially plates and cutlery. Damaged chairs. A lot of cats that are present even in the restaurant part. Cats come into contact with food, defecate and vomit in dining area. Mold on the wall. Bad internet connection. Beach assigned to the hotel is very small and has got too few loungers. Food doesn’t taste very bad, big variety of desserts. However, it made my stomach hurt. Animators are very nice.
