Great location and very convenient for the event we were attending on Central Pier. Neil was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we were able to check into our room as soon as we arrived, just after midday, when we arrived early and asked if we could drop off our bags, whilst we parked the car. Our room was larger than most Blackpool b&b's we've stayed in before and was clean and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. The breakfast was lovely, with a good selection of cereals, toast and a full English breakfast. They also catered for my friend, who is gluten intolerant, and provided gluten free toast, which was very kind of them. (I did message beforehand, to ask if this was possible) Room had tea / coffee making facilities and there was a hairdryer in one of the drawers. Parking was on-street or at one of the several car parks nearby. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we visit Blackpool, if it's available.
