Booked a room from 26.09 to 09.10. Upon arrival at the hotel, I paid for the entire stay. Unfortunately, due to family reasons, I left the hotel on 01 October. I warned the hotel in advance. However, the hotel management refused to refund the money for the unused stay. They just stole $300 from me. I understand that I may have caused inconvenience to the hotel due to an unscheduled departure. But we could agree on paying a fine, such as the cost of staying 1 or 2 nights. Also, the room was dirty. Garbage was taken out only 3 days after check-in and make up the room only after I asked. The floor is very dirty, it was impossible to walk barefoot - only in shoes. Stained towels. Specially made photos and videos.

Very vad service, sorry I mean no services at all.
No cleaning in the rooms, you need to tell them for that, but they dont give you the information. Breakfast so bad, waited 40 min for that it as just some egg and bread.
Very noise place. If you dont want to sleep just go here.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, firstly thank you for their effort. Air conditioners in the room were well positioned, did not blow directly onto the bed. Room was clean and comfort. We had breakfast on the beach, which is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. In order to use the sea and sunbeds of the hotel, you need to make a reservation in the morning, and you have to spend 200 TL in there.

it was a great 7 days in Bodrum City Center and Mucho Boutique hotel with their beach services was the one makes it perfect. Newy renowated and decoration with simplcity, cleaning staff. see you next raound.

yataklar rahat değildi çarşafın içinde ölmüş örümcek vardı. oda havadar değildi çift kişilik oda ayırtmamıza rağmen birleştirilmiş oda verildi o odanın penceresi de yoktu kalamadım mağdur olduk otelden çıkıp başka otel aramak zorunda kaldık

Bodrum merkezde her yere yürüyerek ulaşılabilecek mesafede olması çok iyi.Uçakla gelecekler için havaalanı servislerine yakın konumda.Fakat konaklanan yer ile plaj ve kahvaltı yeri arasında 400 metre yürüme mesafesi var.Fotoğraflardaki gibi denize sıfır degil.Plaj için günlük rezervasyon yaptırılması gerekiyor otel müşterisinin her gün geçerli olan hakkı yok yenilemediğiniz taktirde şezlong bulamayabilirsiniz.Oda temizliği için istediğinizi belirtmeniz gerekiyor yoksa temizlenmiyor.Otel personeli genel olarak sıcak ve yardımcıydı.

Bodrumun tam merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olan bir butik otel. Resepsiyonist arkadaşlar çok sıcakkanlı işini severek yaptıkları otele girer girmez belli oluyor. Odalar sade şık dekore edilmiş. Yataklar lavobolar özenle temizlenmiş. Bir butik otelde olması gereken ne varsa hepsi mevcuttur. Bodrumda yeni bir evimiz oldu sayenizde Herkese teşekkürler.
