I was able to check in and was given my room key only to be told that I had to check back out because my card with my actual name on it hadn't came in the mail just yet. However they clerk took or for payment and charged not $50, but $100 deposit. Then to top it off I never was refunded for the room I was in for only 30 minutes or my deposit fee

Room was clean and for once the water pressure was high enough that I could get the shampoo rinsed from my hair! I thought breakfast was really good. They had waffles, sausage, eggs, bagel, cereal. Coffee available in the rooms and also in the lobby available 24/7. The gentleman who was there when I checked in was extremely very insistent that I know the NO SMOKING IN THE ROOMS policy. He mentioned it 3 times. I know it is a non smoking hotel, sir. Did I look like a smoker, or something? The ladies working at 11am checkout were polite and helpful.

Property was nice and clean on the outside. When we checked into our room, it was not clean, there was hair throughout the room, bathtub, sink, bed. We then asked for a different room and we were upgraded to a suite, additional couch and chair and a bigger room. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was a different story. Can’t really go wrong with cereal, but the cheese omelettes and the French toast sticks left something to be desired.

I am shocked that somehow this hotel has an 8/10 review. The hotel looks like it was poorly renovated - calk peeling off, dents and scrapes in the walls, and grout slopped everywhere from tile renovations. When we got into our room we realized that someone had apparently tried to break in through the window which resulted in the widow frame being cracked and the glass separating from the windows frame. Because it’s February and there was a large gap in the window, cold or was blowing in causing the heater to be constantly running. I would absolutely recommend booking a different hotel.

I have been staying here for years, but the conditions are deteriorating a bit and the breakfast bar was ok, the bananas were super ripped and could not be eaten

Just so loud! Could hear everything from all around our room! Loud noises upstairs, tv noise from next door, people talking in the other room and at 11:50pm the fire alarm went off for about 15 min!! Did not sleep well at all even tho the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Room was clean but kind of old and the shower left a lot to be desired. Staff was attentive and efficient. Location is very good. Great food options and close to freeway.
