Hottub did not work. No out of order sign(absolutely disgusting to have a hot tub not working and allowing kids to still go in there). The only reason I drove 5 min from my house, was for the hottub and the pool for me and my kids. And the pool was freezing. Waffle machine was out of order. So we spent money just to sit in a room. Absolute waste!!!

Check in was great, the clerk was very helpful and straightforward. Curious thing though, before we went upstairs I wanted to buy a water. When I asked to have it put on the card, the clerk said he couldn't do that because it was through a third party. But later when my wife went down and got some snacks, they put it on the card! One of our must haves when we travel overnight is to have a working hot tub at the facility. I called on Friday and the hotel said , yes our hot tub is functioning. When we got back from our outing and having been on the rode all day, the hot tub's temperature was at 84 degrees! I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be at 100 degrees or so. The night clerk said she had no control over the temperature and would tell the manager in the am. We had to run the ac all night because the temperature was 76 degrees even with the heat off. Other than these inconveniences the hotel looks very nice and I really liked the shower setup.

Loved the actual hotel. Very clean. However, paid cash AND my card was charged. Was told charge won't come off my card for 3 days. So I essentially pais twice for 3 days.

I was the guest of the night. My namec was on a second sign?? That's crazy!! i didn't arrive until 10 pm and they told me I could get a drink and snack from their gift shop. What a wonderful hotel

Poolroom had windows open...it was in the 30's outside.
Hot tub was ice cold. Front desk had no response

The property was so well kept I thought it was new! The beds were also quite comfortable and the whirlpool was my favorite part.

I was named guest of the day and received a small gift of snacks. Pool was 82 and hot tub was great.
