Ok, so nice hotel, clean and comfy room, good breakfast with lots of choice. Clean and decent gym. BUT: what is up with the ridiculous price for using the tiny tub you call a swimming pool/spa?? To pay almost 600 sek per person (that’s about 80 dollars) to use a tiny pool and make it sound fancy by calling it a spa is just not ok. We went instead to the adventure pool down the road, paid around 400 sek for a family of 4, and enjoyed water slides, the wave pool and a bunch of other stuff.

Loved it. Receptionist went out of her way to accommodate me and made me feel very welcomed. Older building but nicely redecorated rooms and baths. I only missed sheer curtains to let light in but keeping privacy, and a dead bolt on the door. Someone with a key would always be able to enter and it would be too easy to break in as well. There is a simple lock function but it wouldn't keep anyone out. This combined with no need for room key in the elevator/accessing the stairs could be a disaster for a solo traveller. They really should fix that. Breakfast and breakfast service was awesome, great start of the day. Have already booked again with this hotel.

Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and functional. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
We hosted dinner for 9 family members in the attached restaurant and everyone was pleased with the food and service. Breakfast was served in this same restaurant and was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast and other breads, yogurt varieties, sweets, and much more were available as part of the included breakfast. We all loved this hotel!

I was visiting this hotel 28-29 of March i got sick and apply for later check out I was promised to Check out 2_00 pm by the reception manager, all was ok suddenly she got back to me I coud not have it, the hotel was full she said I check up the avalibity on the net and there was lots of rooms left! I confronted here with this and still she lied to me1 a little bit later I spoke to a woman in our travelcompany and she got later Check out to 2 Pm :( and she got it later than me:( Now we both have confirmed Covid! How can this Hotel have a manager how lie to customer ;( outragious.

Good location, hotel a little small looking in the lobby. Staff were attentive and polite. Perfect location for Romme Alpin. Car parking information was a little difficult to understand. Breakfast was good.

The room was spacy, clean and comfortable. The shower had a problem with the draining so the bathroom floor stayed wet. The beds were very comfortable. Check in and check out experience flawless and the breakfast was good but not great.
