"DO NOT BOOK. We stayed one night, which was fine, but the hotel is not honest. We confirmed by email a transfer to a hotel near Marrakech for €130 (already expensive for a 5-hour drive, since the 8-hour trip there cost the same). The driver didn’t speak English or French, the car was old and uncomfortable, and he refused to stop for photos even though he nodded when asked. About 30 minutes before arrival, we noticed he was driving the wrong way. After showing him Google Maps, he suddenly stopped, spent half an hour angrily calling, and then refused to continue the trip. The hotel did not answer our calls. In the end, our new hotel had to pick us up and we had to pay €45 extra, which Kasbah Flilou refused to reimburse. Instead of 5 hours, the trip took 8. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy."

"The views from the hotel are amazing and the walk through the gardens and old town to get to the gorge each day was wonderful. The rooms were clean and had hot water and wifi and were a very good price. The staff and owner we so kind and helpful. Hopefully we will return to climb again and stay here! They also offer breakfast and dinner which were delicious."
