房間睡覺非常安靜，早餐非常的豐富。大家的服務意識都非常的強，一到酒店就送了一杯咖啡，有漂亮的小姑娘幫拿行李到房間，還提供了枸杞紅棗茶，第二天又送了百合銀耳湯。酒店非常不錯，也感謝孔夢細緻周到的服務。

首先，感謝前台張影的一個電話，讓我們開啟亳州的奇妙之旅
4月4日上午，我們還在假期返回江蘇的途中，衹是因為有可能路過亳州，我訂了桐禧東方。
張影電話過來很細緻的詢問了我們的入駐喜好和注意事項。
掛完電話，我老公説，既然人家都來電話了，咱們就住亳州吧。
來到亳州，感覺這是一個好客的城市，好吃、乾淨。
酒店服務水準，是本次旅行路上的一道風景。路過了6個城市，我們選擇的住宿都是4-5星。
桐禧東方的服務，讓我感受到了他們的發自內心。從門僮、到前台、到酒吧的調酒師、到餐廳捲餅的阿姨…
為了桐禧東方的服務，我暑假還會帶孩子再來住。感謝張影、孔夢以及所有在酒店遇到的工作人員，讓我們體會到了發自內心的服務，期待下次再見。

酒店設施設備很新，大廳有股清新好聞的味道，服務生和前台小姐姐非常熱情周到，貼心。房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離。免費贈送了歡迎水果和養生湯。餐廳早餐品種多很豐富，很愉快的一次住宿，下次有機會還會選擇這裏。

幾家豪華酒店，看了一下選了桐禧，裝修風格簡約現代，比較喜歡，定了高級大床想着能升到豪華大床就好，沒想到前台幫我升到了套房，意外驚喜，感謝前台孔夢，服務很熱情，還送了中葯滋補雞湯，特別好喝。樓層高安靜，衞生也很乾凈，設施設備都齊全，體驗感很好，下次來還住這裏。

房間舒適，衞生間與沐浴間分開點贊⬆️辦入住前台及客房服務員熱情周到，晚上送當地的特色湯酒店歺廳出品也不錯，剛好人多，上菜稍慢，服務員下單出錯，及時做補救措施，誠意滿滿的。地庫燈光稍暗，需增加點燈光。
總評四星價格五星服務，直得推薦。

酒店很豪華，在入住前會主動電話聯繫，瞭解住宿要求及喜好，入住時前台給的是高樓層的房間，房間寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離床品，洗漱用品都還不錯，送了水果/葯膳及咖啡券，早餐很好，很值得推薦。。。

一路南下，緣分讓我們全家在亳州過大年三十，很舒心。酒店硬件軟件都一級棒，前台幾個小夥子服務很熱情，也很專業，各種設施絕對比肩大城市的四星五星酒店，有充足的停車位，這點對自駕很友好，早餐也是很豐富，因酒店給亳州加了分。
