The estate was beautiful and the spa was superb. I enjoyed walking around the the estate and appreciated the collection of artworks.

We stayed here for a few days and there was a lot to commend it. Staff were excellent and the land and gardens are wonderful. The restaurant for breakfast was very strong with great fresh choices and very good execution. The main restaurant was ok for dinner but portions were tiny and service a little slow. Perhaps trying too hard The room was nice but perhaps a little tired.

This is such a beautiful, serene hotel set in wonderful British countryside. It bridges so well old school with modern and the staff everywhere in the property are a cut above, we had the most relaxing two night stay. Big thank you to everyone who made it so 🌟

Unbelievable experience. 10/10 service, food, spa. Proposed to my girlfriend and the whole staff helped to make it really special. From the moment we arrived, Daniel and Amanda were so welcoming and nice. Later that evening, Bart and Gareth were on hand to not only calm me down but help film and set up the proposal. Shout out to David, Fred and Tom as well. All went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Hope to come back soon!

Best customer service experience for a hotel of this size. For being larger than a boutique hotel, the individualized attention and accommodation provided by each of the staff members was exceptional. Daniel at the front desk and Tyler with the wait staff were especially great, and made the experience flawless.

Wonderful stay at Lucknam, the entire staff was very attentive and unbelievably helpful each day. Daniel at the front desk tended to our every need, and made sure to stop to ask us about our day every time he saw us. Tyler the waiter was perfect, and helped us feel comfortable at every meal and tea we had at the hotel. I would also recommend everyone book a ride with beautiful horses on property, as Dawn led a lovely experience suitable for any type of rider. The spa trea**ents and facilities are among the best of my experience.

As always, an outstanding experience at Lucknam and the new Walled Garden restaurant. As a regular visitor of the previous brassiere, it’s fantastic to see the way that the new team have elevated not only the physical decor of the restaurant but the service is now a different level (despite it previously being very good). A demonstrable impact of the new leadership team now in place, I’m sure. The food was superb, service outstanding and vibe spot on. We love the relaxed yet professional experience given - a hard balance to achieve, but the team at Lucknam have done a superb job. Overall, simply outstanding!
