When I checked in, the desk person didn’t seem to have information about my prior payment or what I had booked (I did show him my receipt, which he accepted), but he first sent me to a tiny room with a single small twin bed. I had to go back to the desk and show him that I had paid for a larger room with either a double bed or two single beds. He then gave me a much larger room with a double bed, but 1) the booking itself should have shown that the room was prepaid in full, and 2) the booking  should have shown him what kind of room I had booked, and 3) he should have looked at the receipt I showed him to confirm what room I had paid for.  The whole check-in process was weird and being first sent to a very inferior room was annoying!

Arcotel AQ Wien is an excellent choice for a comfortable and stylish stay in Vienna. The hotel offers modern, well-designed rooms that are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and key attractions, while still being in a calm area. Staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making the overall experience seamless. Breakfast is fresh and well organized, with good variety. Overall, Arcotel AQ Wien delivers great value, high comfort, and a consistently pleasant hospitality experience.

It's just a few minutes walk to Vienna International Center (VIC). Good location for me,as i got events at VIC. The breakfast was ok. But the food didn't change flavour and choices for 12 days. Hope that can improve.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable to live in. There are many types of breakfast and the food is good. The surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient, it is a big shopping mall, very close to the subway. You can also take a bus to the airport at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel can be reached by the river in 10 minutes, which is suitable for walking.

From the warm welcome to the size of the comfort room with the separate beds and the wonderful view of the Friedrichwerder Church, EVERYTHING was just right.
The hotel is very well connected to the Friedrichstr. station, the Ostbahnhof and, most importantly, the main station by bus 147. The main station can also be easily reached with the U5 from the Museumsinsel station. Our destination was the Museum Island, which is within walking distance.
 The breakfast buffet included the welcome smoothie, the selection of bread/rolls and the “egg station”, i.e. Omelette upon request very good and varied. Since ARCOTEL is an Austrian chain, the coffee and juices come from Meindl or Rauch. The quality is there.
In our opinion, the house is fully recommended.
If it hadn't been for the incident with my double booking of a no-cancellation rate, which the hotel refused with no goodwill (voucher of any amount), we could describe the stay as an all-round success.

The hotel had something of Hostel standard. It certainly lacks a cover light directly in the entrance area of the comfort room, because it is so dark that you can only hard to 
The room card is installed. The heating/air condition can be read with the diffuse light only with ”lupe” and light from the mobile phone.
The sanitary area is separated only with a corner and the bathtub is designed for young people - why no shower bag was installed that would have saved more room. The cleaning staff is very helpful and has provided a second ceiling because at 1.92 m long, feet or shoulder were not covered at the same time.

I appreciated the staff allowing an early checkin before the actual check in time. I got the room at a discounted price during some offer and room was was very neat and clean. There are lot of restaurants near by and its right next to Lidl incase you need anything.  Only concern was the location itself. It's about 11-12 mins walking distance to Hamburg Central station and the neighbourhood itself did not feel very safe with lot of people loitering around. I did not face any issues as such but it just felt unsafe to walk on my own at late night. If you are looking for short stay with easy accessibility to public transport and train station etc, you can consider this. Overall it was a good experience to stay.

This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us. The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel.
