Hotel is nice. Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds
Absolutely worth the price. 
Location may not be near the touristic places but ain't a far drive with Uber.
A supermarket just beside the hotel is terrific. greeted us with a complimentary champagne at their top floor lounge with a scenic view of Porto.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to most places. The metro is right outside too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Bolhão market and shopping area is only a few minutes walk away. The service is great as well.

At breakfast time there was clearly a lack of staff, and any order that needed to be made became complicated and time-consuming. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.

The room is simple but the space is quite large, the location is a bit biased but it is a quiet area. There is a beautiful outdoor atrium, shared with the same brand hotel next door. When I checked in that day, I may just meet many people when I arrive at the same time. There is only one front desk brother service that tests everyone's patience. After all, even the Italians behind can't stand it (ha). Other words, there is a very warm little brother at breakfast who will greet you. The overall atmosphere is good. The people living here are quite special. Many retirees and many young people like backpackers.

I appreciate our staff prepare special decoration for our birthday trip. But the hotel is still a bit disappointing in terms of service and facility. No swimming pool or gym, the shower doesn't work well so water is splashed everywhere. And it's obviously understaffed even though it's not peak season anymore. We called the reception for service and only got responded in one hour. I'm quite disappointed considering it's a 5-star hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here! Hotel is very new, aesthetic, walking distance to sunset viewpoint & famous beach. Both indoor & outdoor pool was lovely and the staff were all fluent with English :)

Good morning, the positive points are that the hotel is well located and spacious, the rooms are beautiful, the house is good, the breakfast is very good, the staff are friendly, the pool is good 
The least positive point was the cleaning on the first day everything was clean on the second day they didn't clean the room or take out the trash and there was a lack of toilet paper and baking paper.
Access to the pool for people with reduced mobility is difficult because it was my husband's house as he was in a wheelchair, it was difficult and they also didn't have any rooms available for people with reduced mobility because there was only one and it was occupied, but for a hotel like this there should be more availability or more access for people with physical and motor disabilities.
But I still enjoyed my stay.

The facilities are really the best to waste !!!
The location was good

However, the service was limited because of the off-season, and the wind blowing through the doors all night was loud, so it was not a pleasant noise for children.
And I was surprised that the warm water was cut off during the shower ...
(Thanks to you, I finished it with cold water)

Other than that, it was a very satisfying stay. And if you want to review the results of your choice because it is a place you have been thinking about and choosing, for those who are thinking about choosing Lagos accommodation, including this place... I would recommend you to come here.
