Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area.

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay.

What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest.

Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah.

❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful.

They were really helpful when ever se had a question, would definitely stay there again everything ok lifts ,breakfast rooms service, had great time, tipped concierge when leaving.

Very good experience! The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to Haram. Communication was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Start wasn’t good as I had to wait almost 50 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready , while serving me receptionist switched to help other guest who spoke Arabic while I was still waiting which I felt disrespectful, while entering room first time it had a strong cigarette smell left by previous guest, rooms were spacious with good ambiance, room service was helpful and kind but the floor wasn’t cleaned regularly , during shower the water was all over the floor in bathroom due to leak in shower glass bottom, on 2nd day the card wasn’t working to enter room , I tried going to reception 3 times and every time they said it’s done but it never worked till one of the staff accompanied me to get the room opened, talking about the positive side Hotel is newly built and breakfast was lavish with a lots of choices , a/c was excellent with warm water if heater switch turn on , shuttle service to and from Masjid Al Haram is good but sometimes it goes out of scheduled timetable , plenty of lifts so you don’t have to wait much , there is Masjid , gym, play area , restaurant in different floors , there is a wholesale market Anjum souq for Clothes , toys, perfume etc just opposite to hotel which is worth visiting . Shall try this hotel again due to its positive facts and hope same mistakes are not repeated by Hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram by bus, with readily available bus services. It's a clean hotel with excellent reception. The experience was lovely.

Note: For those booking for Umrah, the distance between the bus stop (Shab Amer) and the Haram is a bit far for elderly parents.

Connected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient.
Room is nice and clean, got everything you need.
Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid.

Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room.

Additionally, although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at.

The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile.

I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

The hotel is wonderful, including the staff's service and the location. I found that in some rooms, a disturbing pump noise was clearly audible, but the issue was resolved by changing to another room, for which I am grateful. My only minor comment is that I hope attention will be paid to checking the room before handing it over to the guest. I found the room without towels and had to contact reception three times to send them. Despite that, I waited about 45 minutes, and the towels didn't arrive until I left the room and looked for a staff member in the hallways, where I found someone who brought them to me. This was certainly surprising, but I trust it was an isolated incident. Therefore, I say that the hotel is wonderful, and I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Riyadh, God willing.
