4.5/5 Overall.
The room was clean, and the amenities were complete, including a hairdryer and an iron (their hospitality was excellent; they even brought it right to my room door yesterday) ⭐️.
It's very close to Seminyak and not far from Canggu. The access to the airport is great because the route isn't complicated. It's perfect for anyone wanting to explore Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Canggu, and Seminyak, as this hotel feels like it's right in the middle of all those destinations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and made it easy to get around.

Fave Hotel is quite affordable compared to other hotels in the area. All the staff are friendly. There's a water dispenser on every floor, which saves money on drinks. The location is very strategic as Kelapa Gading Mall is only about a 5-minute walk away.

This city hotel is ideally located in the heart of the business district, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The hotel boasts a modern and stylish design with an impressive lobby. Despite its central location, the guest rooms are exceptionally soundproofed, and equipped with high-quality bedding and smart amenities, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Its greatest convenience is direct access to the subway station right outside, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and distinctive restaurants, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The executive lounge offers expansive views, providing a fantastic spot to admire the city's night skyline. The overall service is professional and efficient, balancing business convenience with vacation comfort, making it an excellent choice for a city stay.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.

The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.

I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.

The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.

There were also some minor disappointments:

No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Breakfast is decent and full of variety. Location of hotel a bit secluded and access can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, stay is generally enjoyable.
