Excellent location, right next to the HBF. Staffs are nice and friendly, the room is clean, but the only downside is that the room is quite stuffy, the air condition is not very breezy even tough I ve turn it to the lowest temperature. The window is also not very good for ventilation, it gets more and more stuffy during the night. And the pillow is way too soft. But overall its a good stay

The breakfast was great. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly too, thanks to the receptionist on our arriving day who told us the tap water is drinkable🙏

Hotel's location is really good, there are neighbourhood parks nearby to walk, also a big shopping centre (Riem Arcade) that has everything. Right next to the U2 subway and bus stops.

Only unfavourable thing with the hotel was the amenities. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, no proper air conditioning in the room. Facilities seem quite outdated and old.

Overall we had a good time, thank you!

We stayed for three nights as a family and found it very comfortable.
We appreciated the clean facilities, quiet surroundings, and delicious breakfast.
We caused some trouble when leaving the parking lot because we didn't understand the payment or exit procedure.

The only disappointment was that there was no refrigerator.
