This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's really luxurious and easy to find, located on the side of the building. It's about a seven-minute walk from Dongdaemun or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, just follow the directions on Naver Maps. There are lots of shops nearby, especially towards Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, but it doesn't feel chaotic; I, as a solo female traveler, felt very safe. On the ground floor, there's a concierge who was very warm and polite, guiding me to the 14th floor for check-in. The lobby on the 14th floor is spacious, with several staff members, including some who speak Chinese. There's also a photo booth and a convenience store in the lobby. The room was huge! And it even had a bathtub! It was spotless, and the entire hotel smelled lovely. The cleaning lady was super cute and pretty, haha. I really enjoyed my stay, but there are two minor drawbacks, in my opinion. Firstly, the hairdryer's airflow was a bit weak, which wasn't very comfortable to use. Secondly, the soundproofing wasn't amazing, but it didn't disturb my sleep, so it was fine overall.

The room was decent. There's a smoking area on the floor, and the hot water was great for a comfortable shower. Having a 7-Eleven downstairs was super convenient, and being right in Myeongdong made shopping a breeze. I could just take my purchases straight back to the hotel without lugging heavy bags around. Plus, its location near Myeongdong means it's not far from other famous landmarks and popular spots.

The transportation is incredibly convenient; the 6001 airport bus drops you off right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway. The hotel front desk staff are very welcoming and speak Chinese, which is really friendly for us Chinese travelers. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as the rooms feel quite new. The only minor downsides are that the beds are smaller compared to hotels of the same caliber in China, and all rooms have bathtubs instead of walk-in showers. I would still choose this hotel on my next trip to Seoul.

Love staying at this hotel.
The location is excellent, right in the center of the Myeongdong shopping area, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. We took the airport bus, and it was only a 3-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel.

The room is small but well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It would be even better if there were hooks for hanging jackets or coats.

The staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive, making the stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Overall, it is great value for money and I would happily stay here again.

My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at Skypark Hotel 3 in Myeongdong! We stayed here for 12 days, and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are clean, and the service and staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and super polite. They also offer amenities like drinking water, weighing scale for your luggages, and coin laundry.

But my favorite part is its location! It's near everything - the airport limousine bus station, train station, Myeongdong shopping street, namsan tower, malls and shopping centers, convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. This is now our go-to hotel in Seoul!

Booked this hotel for a company team trip; there are several branches in Seoul. The location is truly excellent, right in the bustling city center, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel front desk doesn't offer much Chinese service, and the rooms are quite small. If you're particular about room size, I wouldn't recommend it. Hotel rooms in Korea tend to be on the smaller side in general.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of food options and souvenir shops right outside. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Patpong Road. Several front desk staff speak Chinese, and their service attitude is great; they responded promptly to all our requests. We'll definitely be back next time!
