Nice hotel overall. The location is very convenient, the amenities are quite old. Cleaning service could be better. The front desk stuff is very nice. There is a nice public area on 6th floor

The space was comfortable, and I loved the bidet toilet and powerful hairdryer. They even provided instant noodles, drinks, and snacks. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to the Garden Night Market, and you can also rent bicycles. Parking is available. The breakfast was really rich and delicious – I accidentally ate too many pastries! The restaurant space is large, and there's also water available for refills.

I stayed in a room on the 8th floor. As soon as I entered, I noticed an unusual square cut-out in the ceiling directly above the bed. During my shower, there was also a loud gurgling sound from the pipes.

After falling asleep around 1 AM, the cut-out above the head of the bed suddenly started leaking, dripping directly onto my face for about ten minutes.

When I notified the front desk, they informed me they couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked that night. However, I still appreciate the staff member on duty who tried their best to help. The hotel later offered a complimentary stay voucher as compensation, but based on this experience, I politely declined as I likely won't be staying again in the future.

Because I chose an accommodation near the train station for a business trip to the city, I didn't expect to collect the inn under ”Travel Happiness” again. The old house was renovated with industrial elements to create a warm accommodation atmosphere. The receptionists at the counter were kind and friendly, and they patiently responded to the guests' questions. That night, the air-conditioning in the room was not cold, and their positive handling attitude must be affirmed.

The layouts of different rooms are slightly different, with a clean and comfortable environment, separate wet and dry bathrooms, a variety of smart TV programs, external windows, desks and wardrobes, and a small safe. The most commendable thing is that they provide a spacious escape ladder in order to increase the area of ​​the room, which is great.

In addition to receiving guests, the lobby on the first floor is also a coffee shop open to the public. Guests can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free discount. I ordered a cup of flat white coffee, which tasted good and had beautiful latte art. It seemed a bit of a miscalculation not to order dessert at the time.

The area is very well-equipped with facilities such as two department stores and plenty of alley snacks, making it a great place for those who are visiting the city for travel or business.

While it's a bit of a walk from the train station, the hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby. The room was spotless, and I especially appreciated the smart mirror in the bathroom, which connects via Bluetooth to play music – a definite bonus! The staff were also very polite, helpful, and personable. They even took the initiative to chat with us and recommend local attractions in Tainan. In the evening, you can unwind with drinks in the bar area – it's a really chill spot! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

The room is very clean, the bathroom is large and has an international brand of disposable toilet, and the decoration is very generous. Unfortunately, the sound of running water in the shower can be heard in the living room. It may be because there are many rooms and the pipes connecting the water flow are unavoidable, but personally Still quite like it! The pillows and quilts are so comfortable!

It was my first time visiting to Taiwan with family and friends. We had a very pleasant stay for 5 nights. The location is convenient for getting around, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The room amenities were well-equipped and met all my needs, making the stay comfortable and satisfying.

One small suggestion would be to provide a few more hangers in the room, as it would be helpful for longer stays.

Special thanks to the staff, Mr. Li (Lee). Whenever he was in charge of front desk, he was extremely helpful throughout our stay and always ready to assist with any requests. We truly appreciate his efforts in making our experience even more pleasant.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Location is co-located with an unknown building which served different hotel on a different floor. Entrance can be seen by its big signage on the building. Room was spacious. No daily housekeeping (probably due to the unforeseen tornado). Self check-in and no staff was around. Needed to use personal phone to contact if needed, however the room has a phone once checked in. Loved the cosy vibes and communal area where you can get free drinks and snacks. All areas are only accessible using your room key card which makes it secured.

No laundry service or washing machine in the hotel but there is a self-serve laundry place at the entrance.

The location is great, right by the train station. The lobby also offers a variety of beers for a casual drink, and complimentary snacks are a nice touch!

The room itself was just okay. While the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, I was quite concerned that the hand soap and conditioner were over two years past their expiration date – it made me wonder if they hadn't been replaced or were simply refilled. Additionally, the bed sheets were very pilled, and both the TV and phone in the room were out of order.

When I brought these issues up, I was surprised to be told that the room I was assigned already had known problems and that I could be moved to another one. They did offer a room change, but given it was already well past midnight and I was exhausted, I decided against the hassle. I truly hope they'll pay more attention to these details and conduct thorough room checks in the future.

On the positive side, the absolute best features of this place were the free parking, the budget-friendly rates, and the complimentary breakfast – these were all fantastic!

The location is great which is only a walking distance to Yi Zhong Street. The room and toilet are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and gave us a welcoming fruit bowl. It would be good if they can have more hook in the toilet for us to hang the clothes. The lights are yellow lights which are unfriendly for make up. They can add one more chair in the room since there are two of us.

The bedroom was spacious and provided plenty of room to relax! It was a bit of a shame that there was no hand soap at the sink, though. However, the hotel's location was excellent, being very close to the station, and its striking exterior made it easy to find, so I was very satisfied with the location overall!

The staff are very caring and enthusiastic! Please tell me carefully how to enter the parking lot! The atrium square allows children to exercise! The bed is clean, the feathers are warm, and there is heating! The price is also pretty 😻
