Today I'm on duty at work. It's scorching hot and there's no air conditioning in the office. It's really unbearable. I emergency chose this Xinqiao Hotel.

Facilities: I chose a windowless non-smoking room. The size is decent, and the facilities are quite complete. This hotel has several Chinese and Western restaurants, so dining is quite convenient.

Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is good; it's relatively clean. I specifically chose a non-smoking room. Because it's windowless, the room is equipped with an air purifier.

Environment: It's very close to my workplace, only about two or three hundred meters away. The environment is good.

Service: The check-in service at this hotel was relatively quick. Room cleaning was also quite prompt, and check-out was fast. The breakfast service was also pretty good, I guess?

I stayed here 10 years ago, and the rooms have been renovated with smart features, which I'm quite happy with. However, the soft services have declined. This is the first time I've encountered a five-star hotel where there's not a single seat in the lobby for check-in on the first floor. It was mostly taken up by an event registration desk. As a guest, I had to stand with my luggage for 10 minutes waiting for a car, which was exhausting. Don't expect any service at all; I couldn't even get a bag for my food from the restaurant. They only provide them for breakfast takeaway, not for other guests.

🌟 Heartfelt hospitality in the heart of Beijing! Special thanks to Mike Wong and Hanson Wang for an unforgettable stay! Our stay at Peace Hotel Beijing (Forbidden City) left us with the warmest and most unforgettable impressions. The hotel is incredibly well-located right in the center of Beijing, within walking distance of the main attractions, making our sightseeing trips exceptionally convenient and easy.A special highlight was the lounge on the 19th floor where the club dinners are held. Dining with a glass of wine while enjoying the breathtaking, majestic view of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park is an unparalleled pleasure! The atmosphere there is truly magical. However, the most valuable and outstanding feature of this hotel is how they treat their guests. We experienced not just a high standard of service, but genuine love, warmth, and true, deep hospitality that is so rare to find these days.We arrived at the hotel very early — at 8:00 AM, exhausted from our journey, and were mentally prepared to wait hours for check-in. To our amazement, we were not only greeted with a smile, but were given a room immediately, saving us from tedious waiting!I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Mike Wong and Hanson Wang. They took incredible care of our family. Mike personally showed us two excellent rooms to choose from, helping us patiently and politely. The room we fell in love with on the 17th floor was instantly handed over to us.It is because of such dedicated, caring, and professional employees like Mike Wong and Hanson Wang that the brand builds its flawless positive image, making guests want to return over and over again. I highly recommend that the hotel management recognizes both Mike's and Hanson's outstanding dedication and awards them a well-deserved bonus or promotion. They are a true asset to your team!Thank you so much for an impeccable welcome. We will definitely be back and recommend this amazing hotel with all our hearts!

My stay at Jianguo Hotel was a really great experience! The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were all very welcoming. Check-in was a breeze. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I was very satisfied with the food. This 5-star hotel is generally very reliable, suitable for both leisure and business trips. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Beijing. I truly recommend it!

My stay at the Beijing Jianguo Hotel Global was truly beyond expectations! The room design is incredibly thoughtful, especially the integrated bedside table and control system, which is both aesthetically pleasing and highly practical. I was pleasantly surprised to find power outlets, USB ports, and even a wireless charger built right into the drawer. Charging my phone and headphones simultaneously was a breeze – these small details really made me feel taken care of, and the user experience was fantastic!

The service was also impeccable; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was warm and attentive. The hotel is very close to Universal Studios, and they even provide a convenient shuttle service, saving me the hassle of taxis and parking, which made my visit much more relaxed. Next time I come to Universal Studios, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, offering incredible value for families traveling with children! First off, the location is superb! In Beijing, taking the subway is by far the most convenient way to get around. To visit Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, or the National Museum, you just need to exit the hotel, walk two minutes to Yong'anli Station on Line 1, and it's only four stops away. Even to the Military Museum, it's a direct ride of eight or nine stops from Yong'anli. For a trip to the Great Wall with kids, you can easily transfer from Yong'anli Station to take bus 877 – truly super convenient! Second, the lovely lady at the front desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Our king-sized bed room on the 4th floor was very comfortable, and staying for five nights, we grew more accustomed to it (the room is a little dated, unlike newer hotels, but it was perfectly acceptable!). Third, there was another wonderful lady from housekeeping who, after a tiny minor issue, upgraded my child and me to breakfast, which really showed the thoughtfulness and sincerity of Jianguo Hotel! Lastly, the lunch and dinner buffets at the hotel's first-floor restaurant are perfect for us – after a long day of exploring, we just don't want to go out again. My child absolutely loved the hot pot buffet package we got! The best part is not having to leave the hotel or order takeout; we could just leisurely sit down, eat, and drink without rushing or feeling pressured to check off a list. Oh, and also, we happened to encounter a lovely lady from the restaurant giving out Qixi Festival soap flower samples 🌺 – my child and I each got one and were absolutely delighted! Jianguo, we'll be back for sure! 😊

I stayed at this hotel for three days last week for a business trip to Inner Mongolia. I'm back today and plan to stay for another week, as I prefer familiar places and don't like switching hotels. I booked a king room, but since there was no showerhead (I have a wound and can't use a shower), I asked the front desk to switch rooms. Instead of an upgrade, they downgraded me to a twin room. I even told them that I saw plenty of rooms available online, so why couldn't they upgrade me? I will never choose this hotel again. As for the dining, I thought it was good, and the restaurant staff were nice. However, the room's cleanliness wasn't great; the bath towel and floor mat were placed together, and the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The swimming pool was pretty good, though.

Cleanliness: The breakfast restaurant's hygiene was appalling, and despite our feedback, nothing changed.

The first day, there were stains on the glass, which we thought was a one-off, so we didn't take a picture.

The second day, there was an entire used tissue in a plate (Pictures 1 and 2). After complaining, they were very polite and offered a compensation plan, but it wasn't suitable for us. So, I just asked for improvements, not compensation.

Yet, on the third day, the glasses still had unwashed foam in them (Picture 3)... My feedback to the restaurant manager went completely unanswered.

By the time we checked out on the fourth day, no one had given me any response regarding the issue.

An excellent 5-star hotel! The rooms are well-equipped, and the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of choices. The 13th floor has been renovated and now offers self-service laundry, which is super convenient. The location is also superb, making it easy to get around by car or public transport. The hotel staff provide exceptional service; the bellhops are all very dedicated and responsible, especially Dong Tianci, who always greets guests and helps with luggage every time I enter or leave. All the other staff members are great too! Thumbs up!

The hotel environment is lovely, and the room is great and quiet. The hotel shampoo was so good I wanted to ask if I could buy some, but I forgot! All the staff were excellent. The luggage storage attendant and the housekeeping aunties were all very nice. When we left, they reminded us multiple times to check our belongings so we wouldn't forget anything. The location is also excellent, very close to the subway station, and super convenient for getting to Universal Studios. It's only one stop to Zhushikou. Overall, it's fantastic! 10-star rating! ⭐

Highly recommended! If you're attending a concert, this hotel is perfectly located with excellent service and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and high-quality dishes. The room attendant was also very kind, and the room decor was absolutely to my taste.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is great, about a 20-minute drive to both the East Station and the Museum, so it's quite central. Downstairs, there's BBQ, hot pot, and Cotti Coffee, making it super convenient for food delivery – they even have robots for that! It's very quiet and the area feels safe. Plus, you can park under a covered area to protect your car from rain.

A big thank you to the lovely front desk lady who helped me get a really great room with a perfect view of the 'Corn Tower' (a local landmark). The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and there were 4 complimentary bottles of water in the room.

The only minor flaw was that the shower head was broken and almost hit my foot.

They offer a free shuttle service to the station, which was excellent, but it's a shared ride. The other party was late, which almost made me miss my train. I'd suggest giving a heads-up if it's a shared shuttle next time. The driver was very professional, though; he rerouted us due to heavy traffic and got me to the station on time. Great service overall!

First off, the location is a bit tricky. While it's only a kilometer from the East Station, it's actually too close to easily catch a taxi. Walking 15 minutes with luggage in the summer was quite unpleasant, especially with the roads nearby being under construction, which made it even less convenient. It would be great if the hotel offered a pick-up service from the station. Secondly, the in-room drinking water was really subpar; it doesn't match the hotel's reputation at all. Thirdly, the front desk isn't on the ground floor, which is a bit inconvenient. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, and the service staff, especially the ladies, had a wonderful attitude, which significantly improved my overall impression.

I used to stay in Haitang Bay when I visited Sanya, but this time I chose a hotel in Yalong Bay, and the experience was truly exceptional. First off, every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to a higher-floor room for free and even asked for my arrival time in advance so they could turn on the AC and provide complimentary fruit. Since the hotel is quite large, you need to take a shuttle bus from your room to the lobby, but it runs 24/7, so you never have to wait long.

The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Yalong Bay Beach. Plus, it's very close to Baihuagu Night Market; a short ride and about a 100-meter walk will get you there, and there's a fantastic variety of delicious food!

Incredible stay! The staff were very attentive, and even though I didn't have to ask for anything, everything was perfect. The sheets were changed daily, and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is very well located, with a few shops nearby and a very good restaurant on-site. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bathroom is very large. It's certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in in China since I started visiting the country. If I could give it an 11 out of 10, I would. You can travel to this hotel without hesitation. Furthermore, the beach is literally a three-minute walk away—a very clean beach with no one around, where you can swim peacefully with your family.
