The hotel's location is decent. From T3, the most convenient way is to take the Keikyu Line one stop to Tenkubashi Station, then exit from A2. I initially considered taking the hotel shuttle but couldn't find the pick-up spot – there wasn't even a hotel sign at the group bus area downstairs. Unsure if the bus would even show up, I went back upstairs to take the subway. Exiting from A2, it was a bit dark and eerie, but the Keikyu building's signage was brightly lit at night, which at least kept me from getting lost. It was about a 5-6 minute walk. The room was a standard Japanese apartment, clean and with a bathtub. The next morning, I went straight to the basement for the free airport shuttle. However, be aware that the earliest shuttle at 4 AM only goes to T2 and T3. Since T1 staff don't start until 5 AM and self-check-in machines don't power on until 5:15 AM, there's no need to go too early. Check-in and baggage drop-off were incredibly smooth, and I had plenty of time for my 6:30 AM flight. Overall, I recommend this hotel to friends who are familiar with Japan's public transportation. For first-time visitors transiting in Japan, getting to this hotel might be a bit of a hassle.

I stayed here for 1 night and it was very worth it. The room is almost perfect. Lots of power plug, air purifier and two piece pajamas (top and pants), all staffs are polite and welcoming, and the location is convenient. There are nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and Akihabara station.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the lobby was also very spacious. There's a free coffee and tea bar. There's an airport shuttle, but only in the mornings. The hot springs were fantastic and open until 1 AM, which I really appreciated!

Let's start with the positives:
1. Close to the subway station.
2. There's a convenience store and a drug store nearby. There's also a grilled fish set meal restaurant that's great for breakfast; I often go there. The My Basket supermarket across the street isn't great though – limited selection and high prices.
3. The cherry blossoms at the entrance are beautiful.

Now for the negatives:
1. The window opens directly onto the wall of the building next door, which feels very claustrophobic.
2. There's a constant humming noise, 24/7, from either the hotel's own equipment or the neighboring restaurant's equipment (possibly exhaust fans or air conditioning). It's really annoying! One day, there was even a persistent smell of cooking oil coming up.
3. The staff's English proficiency is quite weak. There's one Japanese guy at the front desk who has a good attitude. Everyone else seems a bit indifferent. They didn't even bother to say hello when I checked out – at least pretend to care!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right downstairs is the Daimon subway station's A5 exit, offering access to the Asakusa Line and Oedo Line. A short walk away is JR Hamamatsucho Station, where you can catch the Yamanote Line and the monorail, making a round trip to Haneda Airport possible in just 20 minutes. There's a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, 24-hour drugstore, Mos Burger, McDonald's, Ueshima Coffee, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, CoCo Ichibanya, Torikizoku, Menya Musashi, and Ippudo all nearby – it's incredibly convenient!

Standard business hotel, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. The room was spacious enough to open two 26-inch suitcases without obstructing movement. There are many restaurant options nearby. The most pleasant surprise was finding a Montbell store just a 2-minute walk away.

I always stay here when I'm on a business trip. It's a direct train from Haneda Airport to Higashi-Ginza Station, and the hotel is about a ten-minute walk from there. It's also very close to Tsukiji Station, so the transportation is really convenient. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped. For breakfast, you can choose from several restaurants, but be aware that the sashimi restaurant opens late and is closed on many holidays.

Although the room was a bit small for two people, the staff at the front desk and the cleaning crew were all wonderful. The public bath isn't huge, but it was comfortable to use. It would have been even better if the public bath was available in the mornings. For breakfast, there's an all-you-can-eat selection of delicious bread, which is great for bread lovers. The Japanese option was curry. It was tasty, but two days in a row might be a bit much... There's a 7-Eleven and My Basket nearby, which is convenient. Overall, it was a very convenient and well-located hotel.

Perfect location near Haneda, though it is a little farther from Shinagawa station than I would have liked

The amenities were fantastic- they had a free coffee machine in the lobby that operates 24/7 as well as a selection of different tea brands, as well as free razors, shaving cream and other essentials for travel.

The only possible complaint is that the bed was not soft

The location is great, as you can get there from both Keikyu and JR lines. Personally, I found the JR station route a bit easier. I was a little concerned about dragging my suitcase as many of the sidewalks were tiled and quite bumpy, haha. At night, it can be a bit noisy outside, but it usually quietens down by around 11 PM, so no real issues there. What I loved most was that I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or below, which is a first for me in a hotel – truly stress-free. The lobby also has a good selection of free amenities and a drink machine.

If you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering.

The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal.

The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use.

Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable.

One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events.

There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind.

The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7.

The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content.

Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

A pretty standard hotel, mainly chose it because it's super close to the MTR station. Only stayed one night, so I didn't really pay attention to the facilities. Both check-in and check-out were self-service. The single room was quite small, so you might want to consider if you can open your suitcase comfortably.

I booked a double room for 5 nights in Keikyu and it was a great decision. The hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of Sapporo Station and there is a konbini at the first floor. The room is spacious and the staffs were lovely.
