The hotel is new and clean (which is very important). There's a convenient common area for working and dining (kettle, rice cooker, grill, all utensils). Breakfasts are à la carte (get the Japanese style with fish) and there's a small buffet line; everything is sufficient. The location is absolutely fantastic, couldn't be better. The only downside is the room size, but there are no functional issues with the room or its organization (only the area, but that's not the main thing). Thanks for the excellent service to the staff! Especially the reception!

This was an absolutely fantastic travel experience! The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, and they allowed me to check in early. Everyone I encountered would nod and smile, which instantly brightened my mood. My room was at the end of the hallway, near the stairwell, but there was absolutely no noise. The room was cleaned daily, and the hygiene was excellent. All the room facilities were well-equipped, including a mini-fridge and a very comfortable central air conditioning system. The toilet and shower in the bathroom worked perfectly! The hotel has a great ambiance with very comfortable decor, and the location is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven about a hundred meters away, and Ginza is just a few minutes' walk following navigation. It's also super close to the subway station. All in all, I'm very satisfied! 👍

Excellent hotel! My ”Arknights radar” immediately went off the moment I arrived.

I specifically booked this hotel for the Hypergryph Carnival, and sure enough, the place was full of fellow fans upstairs and downstairs. We could even trade freebies without even being in the same room (just kidding, mostly).

The hotel is super close to the subway, only a minute or two away, making it incredibly convenient to get to the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The front desk was incredibly helpful and readily lent me whatever I needed. I'll definitely be back for future events!

✨ The ultimate Shanghai stay experience!
Seriously, this hotel has completely won me over!
✅ The room's aesthetic is absolutely stunning. The retro-style decor is incredibly tasteful and perfect for photos.
✅ The amenities are incredible! A fridge, washing machine, and microwave are all included, making it perfect for an extended stay.
✅ The bedding is so soft, I never wanted to get up, and the office chair was comfortable even after sitting all day.
✅ The service was attentive but not intrusive, making the whole experience fantastic.
Excellent value for money – staying here in Shanghai was definitely worth it! A big thank you to Shirley from housekeeping 😊, her service was excellent and very thoughtful ❤️

The location is convenient, close to Blue Bottle Coffee and Kego Shrine, about five minutes' walk? Daikoku Drugstore and Bic Camera are also nearby, so there's plenty of good shopping around. The hotel's style is great, and the room, though small, has a very comfortable bed that sleeps well. A 28-inch suitcase just fits when opened in the aisle. Unfortunately, there's no refrigerator in the room. Check-in is on the third floor, which is also a public space where the three refrigerators are located. The washing machines and vending machines are also on the third floor. We received a complimentary drink voucher and some small cookies upon check-in. 👍
