We stayed at Meriton Suites Kent Street and really enjoyed the location and apartment-style setup. We chose it mainly because it included a kitchenette, washing machine, and more of a home-style layout rather than just a standard hotel room, which made our three-night stay much more comfortable.

The location was excellent, close to Chinatown, making it easy to explore local restaurants, markets, and the seafood market, while still being within walking distance of Sydney’s main attractions and landmarks.

The hotel itself was functional and suited us well. We actually liked not having daily cleaning service, as it gave us more privacy and made the stay feel more relaxed and independent. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number.

The room amenities, cleanliness, and location were all great. The only downside was the lack of a screen window, which let in quite a few moths and really put a damper on my mood. The apartment allows you to make your own breakfast, and it's conveniently located not far from a supermarket.

I've stayed at this hotel many times; it's my go-to whenever I'm in Sydney. The ability to cook your own meals makes it perfect for family trips. It's super convenient, only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and close to a supermarket too.

My stay was exceptional, especially the incredibly soft and comfortable bed in the room, which ensured a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel's overall design is exquisite, with quality evident in every detail. Both the service and hygiene were impeccable. Its prime location made getting around a breeze and added greatly to my trip. This felt like a true home away from home, with everything exceeding my expectations. It offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it to business travelers who appreciate quality.

Great value for money, right on George Street! The room was very spacious and came with a washing machine and dryer, which was fantastic for the price.

**Cleanliness:** The room was very clean, but do keep in mind that as a serviced apartment, it doesn't get daily cleaning.
**Facilities:** It has a small kitchen, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and even dish soap.
**Location:** Being on George Street is super convenient. You can easily hop on the 'Ding Ding' tram or just walk to explore.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very polite and always greeted me proactively.

Fantastic location! It's within walking distance to QVB, Hyde Park, and Sydney Tower. There's a large supermarket just around the corner, and restaurants and bars are right outside – super convenient. The apartment hotel also has a front desk, making communication easy. My 3-night stay was very comfortable, just like being at home… By the way, the Japanese restaurant next door, though small, serves really authentic food and is definitely worth trying.

Everything was great! The only thing the hotel should consider is the gym’s closing hours. It closes at 10pm, as many guests return to the hotel late and do not have enough time to use the facilities. 
The living and dining areas are spacious, the king-size bed is comfortable, both bathrooms are well-maintained, and this hotel includes a nice coffee machine too. Will definitely stay again during my visit to Sydney!

This was my first time staying in a hotel over 60 stories high, and I have to say, the views from up there were absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, and it even came with a full set of pots and pans. There's a large supermarket nearby, perfect for stocking up on Australian beef and plenty of milk – for those with lactose intolerance, they even have A2 milk! The hotel's location is super convenient, with everything you need right around. There's a pizza place across the street, a noodle shop downstairs, and a drugstore not too far away. Plus, it's only about a 20-30 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House, making it great for a city walk. All in all, my whole family was very satisfied.

We traveled to Sydney over NYE, so choices were limited as I booked quite late. Limited in the sense of price / quality. I think Meriton was a good alternative with also a decent view on the firework. Since I went by boat on 9pm firework I didn’t need to be close for the midnight one (personal choice)

Reception was superb, we got the room already at around 12:30. Very friendly staff. We were in Tower 3, so had to walk quite a bit indoors to get there. But getting out is easy, the tower has a separate entry / exit.

Overall, that was the summary:
  
	•	Spacious family-friendly apartments with very large rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows
	•	Stunning views from the third tower, including a clear view all the way to the Harbour Bridge on New Year’s Eve
	•	Excellent location with direct metro access, major shopping malls within walking distance, and great breakfast cafés nearby

We stayed here as a family over New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic experience. While it was not cheap, the space, views, and connectivity more than justify the price, making it an excellent base for exploring Sydney comfortably.

I can honestly say this was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Australia, and it introduced me to the Meriton chain. The room was very spacious, and it had every appliance you could need, making it perfect for an extended stay. There are tons of Chinese restaurants nearby, and they're all pretty good. It's a shame I only stayed one day. I'm definitely considering Meriton for my next stop in Melbourne. I'm curious if the hotel offers any special rates for long-term stays. I hope the hotel can get back to me, as I'm interested in staying for a longer period.

The hotel is quite close to the city center, near Roma Street Station, which makes it convenient for public transport like trains and buses. The room size and facilities are decent, but the layout and bathroom comfort are just average.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the shopping center, 15 minutes walk to the shopping center, the room is clean and the view is first-class, downstairs is by the river, but the parking is expensive, I will book it next time
