For my Sydney trip, I chose the Meriton Suites Kent Street, and overall, it was a great experience, especially for families. 

The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to Chinatown, with an abundance of dining options nearby. Whether you're craving Chinese food or local delicacies, you'll easily find something. The pho downstairs was delicious, making dining both easy and tasty. The suites are designed like apartments, fully equipped with everything you need for daily living, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay.

Communication at the front desk was entirely in English. Overall, the hotel offers high practicality and convenience, perfect for family travelers who prioritize location and comfort. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sydney if the need arises.

The room is very spacious and comes with everything, even a washing machine. It's super convenient; you can buy your own groceries and cook, and it's not far from the airport. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, which is really handy. The hotel environment is great, and the rooms are nice too. Highly recommend checking in!

The room was quite clean, and the 24-hour front desk service was a lifesaver, especially for an early morning flight. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just about 200 meters away – a quick walk across the street. We stayed on a higher floor, which offered a great view, with a distant glimpse of the sea. The kitchenware and pots were quite complete, allowing us to cook our own meals.

The location is perfect, just a three-minute walk from Chatswood station. There are supermarkets and shopping malls all around, and it's only about a ten-minute train ride to the city center. Plus, there are several great Chinese restaurants nearby. The only downside is the incredibly early checkout time, 11 AM at the latest! That's really hard to accept!

Room Size: I was given a room on the first floor, and I was initially worried about poor soundproofing or bugs, but luckily, there were none! I slept really well every night, and it was very quiet outside. The room was spacious, with a living room, an outdoor balcony, a kitchen, a dining table, and a study. It offered excellent value for money and is perfect for tourists staying for over ten days.

Location: The hotel is very close to Zetland shopping center, just a two to three-minute walk away. East Village has both Coles and an Asian supermarket. It's a bit further to Green Square train station, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. If you want to take the bus, it's convenient too, with routes 304 (goes to the City) and 392 (goes to UNSW) nearby.

The kitchen was well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine. The only inconvenience was the lack of chopsticks, so I brought some leftover cutlery from my takeout orders.

Cleanliness: Regarding cleaning, I had read other reviews before booking, so I was prepared for no daily housekeeping. After checking in, someone did room service about every three days, and the cleaning was quite good (they even thoughtfully left an extra plastic bag for the trash can). They also provided extra bottles of dish soap. I found the trash room on my floor, so whenever I cooked and didn't want the trash sitting in my room overnight, I'd just take it out myself, which was very convenient.

Had to wait till 3pm for checkin.
I was given worse 2 beds room which was dark and totally different to the photos.
Finally they changed room for me immediately, thanks again.
My daughter’s sunglasses was left in room after checkout and they helped us to post it to our followed Port Douglas resort freely, thanking you so much!
 Location was excellent but I really don’t like the way of quilt which likes piece together by 2 bed sheets.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Great location. Only 2 min walk from Capitol Square tram stop. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come back.

Very spacious suites that have everything you need, small but nice gym. There is a construction going on just opposite Tower 2 where I stayed, so it was a little noisy. Bathroom needed better cleaning and some furniture in the kitchen was run-down but all in all a very decent place to stay in close proximity to Bondi beach,  shops and restaurant. Good value for money.

Clean and modern rooms – My room was spacious with a beautiful view, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a rain shower.

We booked a suite room for a family trip of 3 nights and 4 days. The view from the room was nice, but when we booked, we requested a room away from the elevator, but for some reason we were given the room right next door. The Asian female staff member at check-in was nice, but the others were generally cold. (They smile and talk a lot with local white people, so maybe it's just my imagination?) They also didn't provide any cleaning or slippers, and towels were only changed if we requested them, so maybe it's just my own greed to want them to treat us like they do in Japan.

Fully equipped kitchen, walkable distance to Queen Street Mall and lots of eateries nearby. Smooth check in process, very satisfied.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the shopping center, 15 minutes walk to the shopping center, the room is clean and the view is first-class, downstairs is by the river, but the parking is expensive, I will book it next time
