We were welcomed with a cold drink from the coffee shop, the receptionist was very nice and polite. The room was spacious and we had the perfect view of the lake. Breakfast was also really good, always served on time and a great variety of food. The subway is very close to the subway and there is a big mall only 1 subway station away.

There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and even street food stalls at night. The high-speed rail shuttle service is incredibly convenient, with frequent schedules. We took a business car, which was such a great deal! We booked a suite, and it offered excellent value for money. However, the carpet and window sill cushions weren't cleaned thoroughly enough; there was some sand and small debris. They really should use a vacuum cleaner. On the other hand, the bathroom and bedding were very clean and hygienic. Overall, it was a good experience!

My stay was fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel facilities are very new overall, and the room amenities are complete. The AC and bathroom worked perfectly, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with hot dishes, pastries, and fruits all available. The flavors were authentic, and the ingredients were fresh – I left feeling completely satisfied. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making my entire trip and stay very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! A truly satisfying hotel experience.

A very nice hotel, right next to Xingcheng Tiandi. It's about a 500-meter walk, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it didn't affect my sleep!

Luggage delivery (high-speed train station, airport): This service is excellent. You just scan a QR code to place an order, and your luggage is delivered right to you at the train station! A very convenient and hassle-free service.

The room size was just right, and the bathroom facilities were complete. Some rooms even have bathtubs. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot sometimes, and other times by staff directly.

It’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** !  From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left  a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left  disgruntled I won’t go back

My stay here was really great! Check-in at the front desk was super fast, the process was simple and convenient, and the staff were warm and polite. The room was very clean, the hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was tidy, and there were no strange smells in the bathroom. It felt safe and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

I was very satisfied with my stay here; it's great value for money. The room rate was affordable, it was clean, and the service was excellent with friendly staff. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor from 7 AM to 10 AM. They also have a gym, laundry room, and dryer, which are all very convenient.
