This is a repeated stayed and I stayed for 8 nights. The room price is good value that why I chose here. Staffs are polite n helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Car parking service is available if you drive. The hotel provide shuttle service from 8am to 8pm at every 30 minutes to bts station or you can walk 7 minutes to station if your miss it. Nearby has a famous mango sticky rice shop you should try it at sukhumvit soi 53. There is another one called Ning’s Mango stand @Food Street Soi 38 which is opp the famous mango shop. Both equally good so try both. Highly recommended for this hotel and I will definitely come back.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall, offering a complete range of shopping, dining, and entertainment, making travel extremely convenient. The service staff are friendly and kind; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they were always proactive in providing enthusiastic assistance. The overall experience was comfortable and pleasant, combining convenience and quality, making it an excellent choice for accommodation!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bangkok – everything was genuinely good, with no unpleasant surprises.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bedding was fresh, and the towels were clean, soft, and odorless – which is always a key indicator for me when choosing a hotel.

The air conditioning worked perfectly: it cooled the room quickly without making you feel like you were being blasted by cold air. This is especially important in hot Bangkok 😅.

The room had everything I needed, cleaning was good, the plumbing was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors. Overall, it's clear that the hotel is well-maintained.

A special bonus was the location. It was very convenient for getting around the city, with everything you need nearby, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time commuting.

The staff were pleasant and responsive, and I didn't encounter any problems during my stay.

In short, this is one of those places I can confidently recommend. From the towels and air conditioning to the cleanliness, service, and location – everything was perfect. I would definitely return here on my next trip to Bangkok.

This serviced apartment in Thonglor is a 'second home' in the bustling heart of Bangkok, yet offers a peaceful retreat. It's within walking distance to J Avenue supermarket, Donki, and numerous Japanese restaurants. While it's about a 15-minute walk to the BTS station, a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service is available.

The rooms are spacious and come with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher) and a washer/dryer, making them ideal for families or long-term stays. The bedding is comfortable, and the excellent natural light creates a true home-away-from-home atmosphere.

The rooftop pool offers city views, and the gym is well-equipped. The on-site Italian restaurant is also quite good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, receiving high praise.

This place is perfect for travelers who value quality of life, families, and those planning stays of three nights or more. It might not be the best choice for those prioritizing ultimate convenience in terms of transportation.

On the night we checked in, yellow sewage seeped out from the kitchen floor. Luckily, staff came to deal with it immediately, but it took a long time for the smell to dissipate from the room. The next day, the front desk offered us complimentary airport transfers for two, which was a great gesture and showed excellent problem-solving skills – thumbs up! The hotel's location is also fantastic. Just a short walk down a small path takes you directly to the side entrance of EmQuartier. Imagine how wonderful it is to step out of your hotel in hot Bangkok and immediately enter an air-conditioned mall! From the mall, you can directly access the BTS station or walk through a skybridge to other malls. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are quite new. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is super handy, and a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining options. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find a spa, ATM, and more restaurants, making it very convenient.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about 5-6 kilometers, but getting around Ho Chi Minh by taxi is easy and affordable.

The hotel is very quiet, and the room was incredibly comfortable, feeling just like home. We stayed for four consecutive days, and it was spacious enough for the whole family, plus having laundry facilities was a huge plus.

It offers excellent value for money. For the same price in the city center, you'd only get a standard room. My mother's family of four had a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious for them.

This has got to be one of the best rooms with a bathtub that I have spent the night in. The bed mattress, pillows, quilt is extremely extremely comfortable. It is a totally different experience to soak in a bath tub in this room, than in a bathtub in an enclosed bathroom; it really relieves the fatigue as you play your favourite music. I really like the wooden flooring too… makes it absolutely feels like a cosy home rather than a fully carpeted one. Having said that, there is a small carpet under the cosy bed, enough room keep your feet warm while searching for your slippers. Most coolers in hotels only allow you to put drinks… this has a frozen compartment too… and this means you can stock it up with ice cream! All the hotel staff are very courteous and helpful and responsive. Kudos to Ater for helping me with the luggage! I ordered Grab deliveries a few times and the hotel staff sends them all up to my door step. For travellers looking for a deep goodnight sleep, along with a good soak in its bathtub… I highly recommend Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Saigon for you.

Best service apartment for stay in Saigon. The view from my apartment was the most beautiful I’ve have ever seen, I could see landmark 81 and bitexco and Saigon bridge from my window, looked even more dreamy at night. The place is super clean, room was spacious, facilities was great, 2 pools one on roof and other on ground, peaceful function rooms too, next door to a vivo city with a co op supermarket in it, so I go 40 000 dong breakfast it was great. Washing machine, cooking stoves, and forks spoons, chopsticks everything I needed. ALSO SUPER IMPORTANT was, 100% trust for the staff and cleaners here, after I check out, I forgot my money in the safe, and there was a lot in there, the cleaners found it and staff call me to pick it up, upon picking it up, ALL THE MONEY was returned to me, 100% honest staff and cleaners, 100% SAFE to stay here. Thank you Richlanes next time I am there I will leave a much larger tip for you all, I give you my word in this. THANK YOU RICHLANES. The best

🧻 **Hygiene:** The hygiene was good. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and we didn't have to sort our own trash.
📍 **Location:**
The location was excellent. It's very close to the subway and bus stations, making it convenient for getting around.
There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby, so dining and shopping are also convenient.
The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop.
🏨 **Environment:**
The sound insulation between the hallway and the rooms isn't great. You can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly from inside the room. If someone checks in late at night or returns to their room and makes a lot of noise, you might be woken up.
The room ceilings are very low, much lower than standard floor heights, which makes you feel very claustrophobic when standing in the hallway and the room.
The twin room appears to have been converted from a double room. The bedside tables, originally sized for a single large bed, look out of place in a twin room. For the bed closest to the door, when lying on the pillow, an electrical outlet is right above your head, posing a potential electric shock hazard!
✅ **Summary:**
If you don't mind the ceiling height and room size, I would generally recommend this hotel, especially during the off-season or when the room rates are not high, as it offers good value for money. It's not suitable for people who spend a lot of time relaxing in the hotel, but it's fine for those who just return to the hotel to sleep.

This hotel is located in downtown Seoul, right next to Hyundai Department Store and Seven Luck Casino. The area is quite convenient, with another mall just downstairs facing the street. The room offers excellent value for money; a similar room in my home country would likely be more expensive than this one in Seoul. The room comes fully equipped with kitchen facilities. This time, I didn't book breakfast, as it costs around 300 won per person, which would be 900 for our family of three. So, having the kitchen was perfect – we comfortably made a small breakfast in the morning, and it gave us a lot of flexibility with our time. The video is a complete recording of the guest room, and the photos are of the snack street downstairs.
