The room was excellent – clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the doorman/tuk-tuk driver, Ton. He was exceptionally polite! The entire hotel made for a very pleasant stay. The location was also great, easy to find, and in a quiet area with a 7-Eleven nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Thailand.

The room had a large bathtub and a big fridge! The washing machine was super practical! The hotel thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, dish soap, and a scrubbing sponge! We often brought takeout back to enjoy in the room! The soundproofing was great, and the amenities nearby were also very convenient!

The hotel is great, looking exquisite despite being a bit old, and the rooms are very clean. The location is excellent, close to the subway and Central Pier, making it very convenient to travel by boat. You can take a direct boat to the Grand Palace and ICONSIAM. Bangkok traffic is really bad, taxis are expensive, so taking a boat is the most cost-effective way to get around.

Very pleasant to the staff who working there , very helpful, provided have Tuk Tuk services to BTS Thonglo to ease some distance of walking..something valued added for this hotel , the room size is huge enough for a family of 4 .. the housekeeping are tip top whatever left out at room will top up or even add on … overall we are impress with this hotel

This is 2nd time staying at same hotel in Sukhumvit and my experience this time around was total opposite of 1st stay. Even though the room was similarly spacious, the overall experience of the housekeeping service was bad. Apart from the 1st night, housekeeping did not:
1) Replenish drinking water bottles until informed 
2) Empty the trash under kitchen counter (for 3 days)
3) Clean the bathroom (had nasty smell)
4) No dishwashing liquid
5) Empty trash can under room table
6) Did not get to clean room until late afternoon ~ 5pm (after getting back to back)
7) Towels provided looked old/worn and could have used a change
Other Negatives:
8) Crazy traffic on Sukhumvit 24 during peak hours
9) The shower area is tiled and extremely slippery when wet (placing a floor towel outside shower is not the solution)
The positives:
1) The kitchenette and full utensils, dining ware, toaster, microwave and water pot
2) Washer + Dryer (although not all room types have this) makes it convenient to do washing 
3) The resident lounge with free coffee
4) Quiet / Low Density property
3) Location close to BTS via Emporium Mall (as opposed to some other properties where you'd have to walk a fair distance)

Location: Situated in the upscale Azabu-juban neighborhood, it's a pleasant five to six-minute walk from the subway station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you can even take a stroll to Roppongi and Tokyo Tower, passing many embassies along the way.

Room: The room isn't huge but features a balcony, bathtub, shower, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. It's incredibly convenient to wash clothes before heading out and return to them dry and wrinkle-free. This was a huge plus. The bedside charging outlets are plentiful, and the Bluetooth speaker even offers wireless charging. The TV has options like YouTube and Netflix.

Service: The front desk staff speak excellent English and are very efficient. Registered members receive a complimentary breakfast set, which tastes great. If you opt out of daily housekeeping, you can get a 500 JPY voucher to use at the convenience store. However, you can still request fresh towels, trash bag replacement, and water refills.

Cons: While most rooms offer a view of Tokyo Tower, the fresh air vent is located right above the bed, making it extremely noisy. Light sleepers will find this very disruptive.

This hotel is located right next to Tokyo Station, which makes it extremely convenient. It’s also very close to the car rental return location, and there is a direct train to the airport, making it perfect for early morning departures.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathtub and shower areas were clearly separated, which was very convenient. It felt more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel room, as it came fully equipped with kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and even a dining table inside the room.

Personally, I chose this hotel because I needed to return the rental car and catch an early flight the next morning. The location made everything very easy and stress-free.

The hotel is also close to large shopping malls and there are plenty of food options nearby.

Hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the subway station, accessible to Namboku and Oedo line. A little bit of walk is required. If you are bringing big luggage, do take the elevator at Exit 1.

Room is clean and I love the strong water pressure

Spare toilet paper should be automatically provided without asking the staff, given that the cleaning lady only for every a few days.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Ho Chi Minh City. It truly feels like coming home. It's a chain of serviced apartments, offering one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Each type of apartment has the same basic layout and decor. The cleanliness is so exceptional that even someone with OCD would approve. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the best part is you don't even have to do the dishes or clean the pots—housekeeping comes daily to clean the apartment and tidy up the kitchen.

Generally it's wonderful service on property. Booked 2 rooms with older children & the room size is fantastic with clear room. Well kept room. The location is alittle far off and nothing much to offer just off the hotel. They dont have restaurants and convenice  store as well. Hence you need to cart your drinks or snacks while travelling back after the outing. They do offer 3 time shuttle services to your prefer location but we didnt use due to timing. Roof top restaurant - they need to work on the meat dishes as it's tough, wrong plating with curve and fork too.

Traveling with kids-Stay here. Its far good from hotel, it’s like home-you can even cook whatever you want and more clean than 5star hotels. 
Also have 2 pools-30th floor and 5th floor.
And it’s near korea town I guess-lot of k market and night street but 20 min far from center.
We choose this because before that we stayed oakwood (thought these 2 connecting residence are almost one, because we had oakwood written gowns)  and want to try Richlane this time and found that it has 2 pools. This area is for relax, no noise pollution of city center.
