I would like to sincerely thank Htike and Chit from the housekeeping team for making my stay so comfortable over the past month.

Every single day, they cleaned my suite with exceptional care and attention to detail. What impressed me the most was how thoughtfully they listened to my special requests. I asked them not to use any harsh chemicals or fragrances, and they respected this every single day without exception.

They also made my stay feel incredibly personal. We exchanged little handwritten notes wishing each other a wonderful day, and they often left fresh fruit and bottled water in my room. These small gestures brought a smile to my face every day.

Htike and Chit were genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. You turned my suite into a place that truly felt like home.

Five stars are simply not enough!

The staff were outstanding and the pool was excellent. The buffet breakfast at the Arabian Court was impressive, though the one at the Palace fell below expectations. The dinner buffet did not feel worth the price, and the pool bar was disappointing. Cleanliness across the property could also be improved.

Very good, the butler service is in place, and the lobby manager is very professional and considerate!

The service was superb, the rooms were spacious, the pools were divided into family and adult pools, and there was also a golf course. The entire hotel was like a botanical garden, which was truly a luxury in arid Mexico. The food at the hotel was very expensive; it's recommended to take an Uber to nearby restaurants instead of letting the hotel staff call a taxi for you, as the price would be equivalent to the round-trip Uber fare.
