Honestly, this place is really great. For a Jinjiang hotel, the service and amenities are excellent, especially for families with kids. It's about an 18-minute walk to Chunxi Road, which is pretty convenient once you cross the pedestrian bridge. The second floor has breakfast and a gym, plus laundry and drying facilities, which is incredibly convenient. The first floor is quite spacious, with areas to sit and eat or wait on sofas.

The room size isn't huge, but the layout is very well-designed. The wet and dry areas are separated, and the bathroom even has a window, which is a nice touch. I stayed here for five consecutive nights.

Downstairs, there's a huge Hongqi Supermarket!

The hotel has a simple yet elegant design, and the common areas are clean and refined. The room itself is spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom facilities are in perfect condition, and the soundproofing is also quite good, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep.

Stayed at the麗柏 Hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied overall. The room was clean and tidy, with high hygiene standards – no water stains in the bathroom or dust on the desk, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The room amenities were excellent, including high-speed WiFi, a desk and chair, independent air conditioning, and ample storage, meeting all my business needs. The hotel service was outstanding; the front desk processed check-in quickly and answered all my questions thoroughly. The housekeeping staff were meticulous, promptly addressing any issues I reported, and were always warm and polite. The hotel was quiet, not noisy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were professional and attentive. Highly recommend for business travelers and anyone visiting the area.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The TV in the room also supported screen mirroring, so I could watch whatever I wanted. The soundproofing was good, and the location was very convenient, with both Line 17 and Line 5 subway stations right outside, making it easy to travel anywhere. There's also a river outside, which was lovely for a leisurely stroll. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it!

I stayed here with my kids, and the hotel exterior looked quite grand, with a nicely decorated lobby. However, staying here turned out to be a huge disappointment. The rooms inside were incredibly cramped and felt very oppressive. As soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of smoke (even though the room had a 'no smoking' sign). I asked to switch rooms, but the air conditioning in the new room was broken, and the ventilation was terrible. It was the middle of winter, but we were absolutely roasting; even with the AC off, the temperature wouldn't drop! It stayed at 28 degrees Celsius all night! My child ended up getting a heat-induced cold and barely slept all night!!!

In this hotel, the phones in both rooms I stayed in were out of order, so I had to call the front desk through Trip.com! There were no door stoppers behind the room doors! The ventilation was extremely poor! And being right next to an elevated highway, the noise was unbearable!!!

This was my second stay here. The cleanliness and service are quite good, but there's always a lingering smell of thirdhand smoke in the hotel lobby and public areas. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements. Every time I walk into the lobby, the smell of smoke is really strong, which is unpleasant for non-smokers!

The rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is great with convenient transportation. I'm always happy to stay here whenever I visit Shanghai.

The hotel is quiet and within walking distance to the outlet mall. The staff are warm and very polite. It's very convenient for getting around, and the facilities are complete, including free self-service laundry. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Extremely close to Tianjin Station, less than a 5-minute walk from Exit 7. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The front desk staff, especially a lovely lady, were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was also quite plentiful, and there are many dining options nearby. Getting around by taxi was very convenient. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Lobby self-service drinks: Coming back from a hot day out, a refreshing cold drink is just what you need!

So many things in the room were broken. The sheer curtain was broken and couldn't be pulled up; the showerhead in the bathroom couldn't be fixed in place; the shower gel dispenser was broken and wouldn't pump; the water seal strip on the shower door was broken, causing water to splash out when showering; a washer was missing from under the toilet seat, making it feel unbalanced after a while; there was no fridge in the room; dust was clearly visible on the tabletop and other surfaces. The staff in the surveillance room on the first floor were smoking freely without any regard. The elevator on the north side didn't require a key card to go up to a floor directly. Anyway, I guess this place is pretty basic, and for this price, what do you expect? You'll even see guests going to breakfast on the first floor in their pajamas, and wearing hotel slippers outside. Oh well, it is what it is, isn't the overall environment like this everywhere?

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Stayed at Park Inn by Radisson with my child for a half marathon. The handsome young man at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful, always smiling and patiently addressing any requests we had, which made us feel very welcome. The room facilities were new, clean, and tidy. Parking was convenient, and breakfast offered a great variety.
