The cleanliness was exceptional; the room details were well-maintained, and the bedding was clean and fluffy. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, with every corner spotless, making for a very reassuring stay.

The environment was tranquil and serene, and the common areas were fresh and elegant. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant, providing an excellent rest experience.

The service was thoughtful and impeccable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the staff were warm and attentive, promptly and properly addressing any needs.

The facilities were well-maintained; the bedding was very comfortable, the hot water was stable, and the appliances and internet ran smoothly, making daily use pleasant and convenient.

The entire experience was flawless. This is a top choice for travel accommodations, and I highly recommend staying here again.

The hotel is directly above Exit H of Jianghan Road Station on Metro Lines 6/2, making it super convenient for getting around. The exit is closer to Line 6, so if you're coming from Line 2, you'll need to walk a short distance. I really liked the hotel's modern style overall. The only minor issues were the black frame around the bathroom mirror right inside the door, which was a bit startling, and the drain being a little slow. Otherwise, I was very happy with the level of automation in the room, the TV size, the heated toilet seat, and the powerful air conditioning! The hotel also has a laundry room, gym, a kids' play area, and retro games like Contra and Mario. It's a nice touch that they deliver your dried clothes back to your room after laundry in the evening! The breakfast was good, though I hope they'll add more variety in the future. Overall, I'm satisfied and would stay here again!

Stayed here for a conference at the Optics Valley Convention Centre. Takes about 10 mins to walk there through an underground walkway. The hotel was amazing! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. On the first day there were all kinds of welcoming fruits, a huge waffle with drink, etc. They have free laundry and ironing services, you can call the 'ah yi' to get the laundry from your room or you could go to the laundry room at level 2 yourself. The breakfast menu was a bit limited for me as a picky eater. The air-conditioning was centralised, so when the room gets warm, they told me to open the window, which did make the room cooler. The toilet was like in Japan with heated seat and bidet. The shower head was like the rain type. I like that they have motion sensors which activated dim lights when we go to the toilet in the middle of the night.  Just that the lights are a bit too dim for working and reading. Overall, the hotel exceed my expectations! Kudos!

The room was great and very quiet. The Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch, and the water pressure was strong with quick heating.  However, I had a couple of issues.  When I requested a latex pillow one evening, the first one delivered didn't have a pillowcase (image 1), and the stuffing was practically falling out – how could anyone sleep on that?! I had to ask for another one, specifically stating it needed a pillowcase, and it still took over half an hour to arrive. Also, the subway station next to the hotel was inexplicably closed during my stay, so if you're looking for a hotel right by the subway, you might want to reconsider.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and quickly processed our check-in. They even proactively informed us about the hotel's complimentary tea area. The overall style is a perfect blend of modern design and great ambiance. The Monkey King sculpture in the lobby is truly unique, and the lighting and decor in the bar area are ideal for relaxation. The public areas are impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust on the floors, and even the decorative paintings in the hallways are high quality – you can really see the attention to detail everywhere.

The amenities are very practical. The self-service tea area offers refreshing lemon black tea, and there are even cherry tomatoes available for guests. The smart vending machine is well-stocked, allowing for quick and convenient purchases by simply scanning a code. The elevators operate smoothly with minimal waiting times; all the small details contribute to a great experience. The location is absolutely superb, directly opposite the Olympic Sports Center, just a few minutes' walk away. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're here for a game or an event. Public transportation nearby is also very accessible, making getting around a breeze.

Overall, our stay was fantastic! For any future trips related to the Olympic Sports Center, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Downsides: I wanted to order some takeaway breakfast, like rice noodle rolls, but everything was quite far, 6-7 kilometers away. There aren't many dining options nearby.

There's a small 7-Eleven downstairs.

I was offered a room upgrade or free breakfast for writing a review. I declined because I felt it was wrong to accept something I hadn't experienced, but it's a nice gesture – they offer perks for good reviews.

So, this is an honest and heartfelt review.

Walking into the lobby on the ground floor at night, with its flamboyant red lighting and dynamic music, I thought, 'This hotel🏨 seems a bit naughty.'

The actual check-in lobby is on the 27th floor. The floors below 27 are occupied by the headquarters of companies from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau, but they don't share the same elevators, so it's not noisy or crowded.

Up on the 27th floor, it's still lively music. The hotel's style is red, black, and white – very flamboyant!

They gave me a complimentary soft drink from the bar, mixed by a woman👩🏻: orange juice + pineapple juice + soda water. It started with a sweet and sour fruity taste, followed by the refreshing fizz of soda. Thank you, woman👩🏻!

I got a room at the end of the corridor. It had a load-bearing pillar, so thick that two people could barely wrap their arms around it, which encroached on the room space, making it feel a bit smaller (I always seem to get end rooms, how annoying, but it's acceptable and doesn't affect the stay too much).

No issues with noise.

The hotel's care is very meticulous; there are many reminder cards. The bedding, towels, bath towels, and bathrobes were clean and odorless.

The room had no strange smells. The fire safety equipment was placed in a prominent spot, and the bathroom outlets had small covers.

The small 'house'🏠 built for the mini-fridge is hollow, which helps with heat dissipation.

The designer is very thoughtful.

The curtains consist of a sheer layer and a thick blackout layer – perfect, perfect, perfect.

Higher floor, good view.

I love it, love it! I'm in a great mood. A flamboyant yet thoughtful and meticulous hotel, making the dazzling, swaying red light shine with cuteness.
