The hotel is very close to Senso-ji Temple, with subway stations and convenience stores right around the corner. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and it's quiet. I'd highly recommend staying here for first-time visitors to Tokyo.

However, the hotel rooms are truly tiny. While you can see Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree from the room, that's about it. There's no need to specifically book a room on either end, as you can also see the views from the corridor. Plus, the layout of those end rooms is quite odd, and they seem even smaller than the other rooms.

Furthermore, the duvet felt quite damp, and I wasn't sure if it had been changed. On our first day, despite opting for housekeeping service, the room was not cleaned.

Amazing! Most important is location of the hotel which is very close to few metro and JR stations with good connection for most visited area of Tokyo ( Shibuja, Shinjuku, Ginza, Asakusa…).We used one line from hotel to NARITA airport ( no need to change transportation or to pay extra for skylines or NARITA express train), JR Keisei line, and ride took about 90minutes. They helped us send our luggage from the hotel to the airport very easily at a good price ($20 per bag) so we didn't have to worry about carrying our suitcases to the airport. Hotel is very nice and lovely and helpful stuff. Our room was very spacious, clean and bright. Total service was amazing, more than our expectations. When I go back to Tokyo, I will choose this hotel again. Thank you, guys, for amazing hospitality.

Highly recommended for families visiting Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable and well kept throughout our stay. Location is perfect — right in Asakusa with lots of food, convenience stores and sightseeing spots within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the area so much because there were snacks everywhere!
Service was excellent — staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at this hotel and would definitely stay again on our next trip.

I just had to leave a review for this hotel! In their lobby, they have a big drawer stocked with all sorts of amenities: combs, hair ties, cotton swabs, sachets of facial cleanser, lotion, and other skincare products. There are also hair clips, sugar packets, and other condiments. Plus, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and face masks. I didn't even need to use anything I brought with me. 

There's a coin exchange machine at the front desk, so you can get change to do laundry on the basement floor. Washing and drying 6kg costs 600 JPY for two hours. I booked a double room, and it was spacious enough to fully open my 28-inch suitcase, which is quite large for a Japanese hotel. 

What's more, the room was surprisingly warm; sometimes it even felt hot without the AC on. My bathtub was clogged, but the staff were incredibly responsible and cleared it promptly. They even offered me an empty room to wash up in if they couldn't fix it right away, showing great dedication. 

There's a Western restaurant on the hotel's second floor. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from Mejiro Station, making it super convenient to get to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. From Narita Terminal 2, you can take the Skyliner to Nippori Station, then transfer to Mejiro Station. 

Across from Mejiro Station, there's a 7-Eleven with a machine for exchanging foreign credit/debit cards for cash, which was incredibly convenient. For my 7-day stay, I basically withdrew cash and topped up my Suica card, which covers almost all my daily needs for food, clothing, housing, and transportation. 

Right outside the hotel, on the same side of the street, there's a pharmacy, and a bit further down, several restaurants. One of them had dishes that really suited my Chinese palate; their stir-fries were great. I ate there for three consecutive days because the prices were reasonable, and I'm not always used to Japanese food. There's also another convenience store similar to 7-Eleven, and the staff there were very friendly.

I really felt the warmth and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Pros:
1. The hotel's decor is quite elegant and tasteful; it certainly doesn't feel old or run-down, which suited my aesthetic perfectly. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by strong, refreshing air conditioning and an elegant ambiance.
2. I felt very secure here; there weren't any questionable individuals loitering around.
3. Complimentary coffee is available in the mornings.
4. Subway access is excellent, with Exit 6 being the closest. The Akatsukado supermarket is well-stocked and convenient for groceries. Plus, there's a Mos Burger and McDonald's right across the street. While there are plenty of dining options nearby, you'll need to do your own research to find the best ones.

Cons:
1. The washing machines were both expensive and didn't clean clothes effectively.
2. The housekeeping staff made an incredible amount of noise while cleaning rooms. They were so heavy-handed and loud; it sounded like they were trying to demolish the place.
3. The front desk staff's English wasn't very good, which made communication quite challenging. They often relied on translation apps that produced very poor results. I hope they improve their English skills. There was one staff member who spoke Chinese, but he wasn't always on duty.
4. The air conditioning unit produced a low-frequency hum when set to a higher fan speed, so I had to keep it on a lower setting.
5. There was noticeable light leakage from the top of the curtains.

Overall, despite these minor issues, it's still a hotel I would consider staying at.

The hotel is extremely near the metro. There is also a large supermarket nearby. Very convenient location, though a bit far away from places like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Room is new and clean. Especially appreciated that there is a weight scale in the reception floor. You can have an idea of your luggage weight before heading to airport. 😂

The hotel is just opposite Solamachi, Skytree, Oshiage station so it’s really convenient. There’s Life supermarket so it’s great for families or even parents who need to get baby necessities. From Narita, we took Skyaccess to Oshiage. Our package included breakfast. On some days we did not have breakfast at Sizzler so we exchanged the breakfast tickets for fruit cakes etc. Lobby staff were really friendly and helpful. There are small sachets of bath powder, facial wash etc that you can help yourself to at the lobby. The location is perfect for travellers who prefer more quiet areas as compared to Shibuya/Shinjuku etc. it’s nice strolling around the area as it is not crowded at all. Overall, it’s a very good experience staying there.

Location: Daimon station very near and easy transfer to and from Narita airport without transit. Hotel close to Tokyo Tower too. 
Environment: Quiet at night. Good for sleep.
Hotel: Nice n well maintained. The hotel looks new & modern with a simple design. 
Room: Space is ok for couples and can accommodate 1 to 3 luggage (large + medium/small) without feeling cramped. 
Staff: Friendly & can speak english.
Things to improve: Pillow too thin. 

Recommended to those who want easy access to the airport and need a quiet environment at night.

Located conveniently across from Tokyo Dome City (LaQua mall) and right above a Don Quixote, which is open 24hrs, the convenience is amazing at the price point. It is also near a few train and subway lines within walking distance which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and simple with ample space. Amenities are free to pick up from the 4th floor lobby so it’s not that troublesome. Did not get breakfast from the hotel which I understand to be at the Saizeriya on the 3rd floor of the building.

2️⃣The hotel is in a good location, close to the station, suitable for travel
3️⃣I didn't bring breakfast this time, so I solved it by myself at the nearby convenience stores
4️⃣The service is friendly and worth recommending

The location is unbeatable, right across from Yamatoya Honkan.
There are two Richmond hotels in Tenjin, and this is the newer one.
The room space was decent, but the cleanliness was just okay. When I saw that the housekeepers were all Indian women, it made sense.
Breakfast is on the first floor. It wasn't crowded, and while the variety wasn't extensive, the quality was genuinely quite good.

The rooms were rather spacious for Japan. Especially the corner room with two double beds for 3 paxs. The price was worth every cent but early booking is required. About 5 minutes walk and and abundance of eateries available. Just in front of the hotel Yatais will set up for business on most of the evenings. 10 minutes walk to the subway with an underground shopping mall. The best hotel so far.

I stayed here during the Christmas season, so the room rate was a bit higher than usual, but it was absolutely worth it. The hotel is in a perfect location — just a 3-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants all around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was extremely clean. I was lucky to get a room facing the street, where I could see the trees turning bright yellow. It was such a beautiful view.

One small detail I really appreciated was the hair dryer in my room. They provided a Rafa hair dryer, which is a rather premium brand. Since I have long hair, using a high-quality dryer made such a difference — my hair dried so quickly and smoothly. I was genuinely impressed by this thoughtful touch.

Overall, a great stay and definitely worth choosing this hotel.

My husband kept praising my choice of this hotel. First, the location is excellent, right by Tanukikoji, making shopping incredibly convenient. Second, the lobby offers complimentary toiletries that are surprisingly comprehensive – everything from makeup remover and facial cleanser to toner, lotion, face masks, bath powders, teas, and coffee. It's incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is superb. They have various fruit salads, a wide array of Japanese dishes, and the salmon is very fresh. In the afternoon, there are free alcoholic beverages and drinks. After a day of shopping, it's so relaxing for the family to enjoy some drinks, beer, and a chat.  What's more, after we'd already left the country, my husband realized he'd left his phone at the hotel. The hotel staff helped us locate it via email, and we're so grateful. This hotel made our entire trip feel incredibly warm and provided top-notch service!

The room the hotel assigned to us was excellent – quiet, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel was quite easy to find. From Sapporo Station's South Exit, walk along the main road until you reach the pedestrian street near the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building. Turn left, and after a short walk, you'll spot the hotel's prominent name on the rooftop at the next corner, which is even more striking when lit up at night. The hotel's ground floor restaurant is open to the public, offering a Japanese-style set menu for breakfast and an à la carte menu for dinner. Both meals were excellent.
