Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend.
We came here from France, the service, quality of breakfast, facility, location is so much better than the hotel in France. The room and toilet are spacious, a large variety of food is offered for breakfast, a lot of visitors check in and out everyday.
Location is very convenient, within 5 minutes you will get to the metro/bus station. A lot of restaurants nearby and the supermarket (Sainsbury's) is just a 3-minute walk from hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to attractions like Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. The front desk staff were very warm and provided great service. The breakfast was a typical English breakfast, and I especially enjoyed the pancakes, omelets, and oatmeal with milk 😇. There's a water dispenser in the hotel hallway, which is convenient for getting water, and a supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can buy daily necessities and bottled water. The surrounding area is quiet. I had a wonderful 8 days in London; it's a very chill city, and I loved doing city walks here.
