This hotel is lovely, with great amenities like a well-equipped gym (it’s quite spacious!), a lovely swimming pool, and a sauna that’s open 24/7. The rooms are also quite large, and the beds are super comfy. The only downside is that it’s not right on the main road. The staff at the front desk are generally very friendly, though some aren’t. I even had a pleasant encounter with a staff member in the elevator who didn’t greet me when I was trying to smile—it’s just a small thing, but it’s a basic courtesy. Now, onto breakfast! They have two options: a buffet and an à la carte. The buffet is a bit of a letdown, with limited food and sweets, and the food isn’t very exciting. The à la carte option is actually Coffee Club, if I remember correctly. The staff didn’t speak English very well, which is understandable since it’s not part of the hotel staff. The biggest issue, though, is that while using a coupon, you can get two foods and two drinks, but they didn’t mention that until we saw it on the menu. I’d love to stay there again, but the breakfast could be better.

truly beautiful hotel, that is very big and clean. has various areas within to explore and sit. has a rooftop section with great sweeping views of the city. can bring your dog and keep it in the room for a bit extra cash. the location is good although if you don't have a car it's a bit of a trek to the subway. good parking.

Booked for me and my SO, the room is spacious, bathroom looked clean and nice but the toilet is on the side of the bed so can hear water flush during the night so might wanna take in consideration for light sleepers.
The room had rotating TV for bedroom and living room so it’s prettty neat. Had little to none cooking utensils tho.

Chose this hotel for a family trip and everyone was very happy with it. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, with great lighting and ventilation. We felt very comfortable staying there. The front desk lady was super nice and proactively offered advice on routes for sightseeing. It was quiet at night, so the kids slept soundly. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making dining and shopping very convenient. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range nearby. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.

The hotel room's bedding and towels were all very clean. Everything was great, except for the sealed windows. Although it's right next to the road, the windows are well-sealed and soundproof, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. The Indian guy at the front desk spoke fluent Cantonese, which was really impressive. The other two lovely ladies at the front desk also provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were both seamless. When my room door wouldn't open due to low battery, one of the ladies quickly came up and replaced it for me – very efficient service. The hotel's location is also close to Fortress Hill MTR station, making Hong Kong travel very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the tram stop is right outside, making it very quick to get to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong. The shower water pressure in the room was great, and the water temperature was stable, making for a comfortable shower. Finally, I must mention that the hotel's toiletries, especially the shampoo, smelled amazing – a lovely milky scent. My hair felt smooth and soft after washing, which I really liked personally. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

I am here for business for a few days , the facility is pretty good with self laundry plus a common kitchen, microwave in the room is very handy but no plates and cutlery only one spoon if only you provide one set of knife spoon fork and chopsticks plus detergent it would be nice as a service apartment! The place is very near Wong Chk Hang mtr station only a few minutes walk ! Price is reasonable for daily housecleaning, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Great location,  in the middle of it all. In the morning, you see traditional stalls with local vegetatables, fruit, flowers. At night, it's right across the street from bars and clubs. Can be a little noisy if you want to sleep early, but a great place if you want to checkout the HK nightlife. Many many restaurants nearby. All the ones we tried  were excellent.
 Metro entrance can be a little confusing - google map showed the entrance much farther until I realized there are multiple entrances, and nearest one is not shown.
The room layout is convenient and spacious. Although the furniture and linens are a little outdated, but still comfortable.
