The hotel is located in a prime area which is a stone’s throw walk to Terminal 21, Exchange Tower and Benchakitti Park. You can also opt for a complimentary tuk tuk to terminal 21. The room has washing machine which is great for us to wash our clothes in.  Hotel staff are polite. The Why me restaurant and bar serves buffet breakfast and staffs are polite and friendly. Will stay there again.

Great room and service, but let down by rigid rules

Our stay was overall excellent. The location is perfect, the hotel is perfectly clean, and the room was spacious with a brilliant layout and great water pressure in the shower.

Unfortunately, a rigid policy at breakfast left a sour taste. We had leftover food that our son couldn't finish, but the restaurant staff completely refused to let us take it to the room. Even when we offered our own plastic containers to avoid wasting food, they still said no. Hotels should look at these things case-by-case when it comes to toddlers and children. The food was good, but this inflexible experience makes us uncomfortable about booking here again.

we’ve booked a condo with three bedrooms and three restrooms. The living room is big enough for a party and the kitchen is right besides. 

This house is very comfortable and private. 

Location is between two BTS station , just walk for 5mins, Back street is nana, many bars , the gate is locked at 8pm for security and you need a room card to open. 

Not noisy at all as we are living at the top floor 18/F with a pool just right outside our unit.

Definitely will come again to stay in Shama!

Booked for me and my SO, the room is spacious, bathroom looked clean and nice but the toilet is on the side of the bed so can hear water flush during the night so might wanna take in consideration for light sleepers.
The room had rotating TV for bedroom and living room so it’s prettty neat. Had little to none cooking utensils tho.

The hotel facilities details page didn't mention an electric water heater, meaning it's not part of their 24-hour hot water service standard.

The staff were quite enthusiastic, but it seems their service training might be lacking, as many small details were missed. For example, the sink counter wasn't cleaned, the toothbrush cups weren't replaced, the toothbrush holder was damp and moldy and nobody replaced it. A spotlight on the living room sofa was broken and wasn't fixed, and a light in the hallway kept flickering for all six days of my stay. Additionally, the walls had dirty scuffs and scratches, and the desk was either moldy or had large black stains, and so on. Why am I complaining so much? Because I chose the Premium Five-Diamond standard. In my opinion, it might not even meet the standards of a small chain business hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and entertainment. Parking is also a breeze. Mary, at the front desk, was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions in detail. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and there's even a small kitchen for cooking, which made it feel just like home – so convenient!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR Station, and there are plenty of bus routes everywhere. The surrounding area has tons of unique little shops, a lot of great food options, and many banks (HSBC, Bank of China, etc., downstairs). The hotel facilities are very new, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend!

I am here for business for a few days , the facility is pretty good with self laundry plus a common kitchen, microwave in the room is very handy but no plates and cutlery only one spoon if only you provide one set of knife spoon fork and chopsticks plus detergent it would be nice as a service apartment! The place is very near Wong Chk Hang mtr station only a few minutes walk ! Price is reasonable for daily housecleaning, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family! 
My room is very quiet and clean!

Downstairs, there are all sorts of small shops, so it's basically quiet yet bustling. A short walk takes you to the famous Queen's Road, and it's also quite close to the Japanese supermarket Don Quijote. For shopping and dining, it's near that popular internet-famous noodle shop — I forget the name, but it serves beef brisket and beef noodle soup, I think it's called Kau Kee.
