Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk is amazing, we had a great holiday. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. There is connection with the nearby mall which is super convenient.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's just as pleasant as the first. The environment is also great.

We stayed at Sofitel Dubai Downtown for five nights and, as regular guests, it always feels nice to return and be welcomed by familiar faces.

We were given Room 2702, which was comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and we really could not find any faults with the hotel in terms of the room or cleanliness.

The service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special mention goes to Claire who was incredibly friendly and warm. She always made an effort to have a conversation with us, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay.

We would also like to thank Chef Amr from the restaurant, as well as Mustafa and Santosh from the concierge team, for their excellent service. They were all friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Since we are regular guests, it was always nice that many of the staff recognise us and make us feel welcome. This personal touch is one of the reasons we continue to return to Sofitel Dubai Downtown.

The friendly service, familiar faces and warm hospitality continue to make Sofitel Dubai Downtown one of our preferred hotels whenever we visit Dubai.

One point that can be improved is the valet parking. Service was quite slow but this is understandable as they mentioned that they have limited staffs.

The hotel us great and the service is also great.
The location is the best thing, we’ll be coming back again and again.

Le Scribe proves that in a true 5star hotel guests are the center of the earth, the staff makes everything possible to meet their slightest needs! Besides excellent people and service, we should mention amazing breakfast, beautiful interiors, absolutely stunning bed linen and mattresses, nicely perfumed cosmetic sets and many more. Special thanks to Valentina for the compliment on our departure and her sincere smile as a sign of true welcome!

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance. The hotel is located on a street closed to traffic.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as a subway station. It's ideal for tourists. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and supermarkets are also nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive.

I booked 2 connecting rooms for 3 nights BUT when we arrived they couldnt offer as one of the room was already taken. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew it. So it was not very convenient to stay with my family as we finally got 2 seperated rooms. I suggested Ctrip to remove this kind of rooms if they aren't sure to provide it. However, the staff was kind, breakfast was good with loads of selection. Location is good if you plan to stay around the arc the triomphe. At check out they mentioned that we took something from the mini bar which was not true. They finally didnt charge us.

The hotel is located near Sichuan North Road Metro Station, not far from Victory Cinema, and offers a partial view of the Bund from the side of the room.

The room is quite spacious with a three-part bathroom and nice floor-to-ceiling mirrors on two walls.

The service was not very prompt. When I first checked in, I found there was no shower gel when I went to shower, so I used my own. The next day, it still wasn't replenished, so I used my own again. Later that afternoon, I happened to catch a server cleaning the room and informed them about the missing shower gel, and they finally refilled it.

Ordering takeout is convenient here; a robot delivers it directly to your room.

The hotel has a distinct Beijing feel, with two restaurants that originated in Beijing: Xin Jing Xi for hotpot and Sushi Ryoma for omakase, both of which are quite good.

I ordered a glass of red wine at the lobby bar, and they poured a very generous amount, filling half the glass – very substantial.

The overall environment and room facilities are excellent. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff, especially Ting! After checking out, I realized I'd left my charger in the room. I contacted the hotel hoping for the best. The housekeeping team carefully found my charger while cleaning, and the front desk efficiently handled the communication and safely stored it. The entire process was patient and friendly, and they successfully helped me retrieve my item.

Small details reveal great service; you can really feel the staff's sense of responsibility and professionalism, which is very heartwarming. Thank you to the hotel team. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai. Highly recommended!
