The public areas and pool facilities are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the service is excellent, Chinese is spoken everywhere, and the hotel staff are very welcoming. We mainly stayed here to attend a concert; the location is convenient with a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Central Plaza Rama 9 and numerous dining options are just a 6-minute walk away. This is my second time staying here, and I am extremely satisfied!

Although the lobby is currently under renovation and the front desk has been moved to the 2nd floor, it didn't affect the overall stay experience at all, and there were no noise issues.

Deliberately booked outside the city. You can take the shuttle to the nearest station, or simply get a cheap Grab. The view from the pool/bar is nice, even though it's a bit out of the city center. We had the large apartment with 4 people. Absolutely sufficient.

I stayed in Building C and luckily got a room with a window. It's a single room and I really liked it. I particularly enjoyed the common area; it was convenient to go out and make coffee in the morning, and there was a microwave too. The room itself was quite spacious.

No doubt, every time I come to Bangkok, I stay here.
The hotel breakfast is quite mediocre; I've skipped it ever since my first experience.
Downstairs, there are many great food options like boat noodles and Beans Coffee. It's also a short walk to the subway station, or you can call the hotel's shuttle service.
My favorite part is the hotel's facilities, where you can do laundry, dry clothes, cook, and more.

Here's the most detailed and authentic review, folks!

**Location:** It's located near Sukhumvit MRT station, about a 10-minute walk. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service from 7 am to 11 pm. The shuttle driver is super nice and always helps with luggage, so independent travelers won't have to worry about getting around at all.

**Accommodation Environment:** I booked it for around 500 yuan per night, though prices might fluctuate at different times. But if you're a light sleeper, can't stand any noise from upstairs or next door, and are willing to pay for a quiet night's sleep, then this place is the best option within your budget. Most negative reviews for popular hotels in Bangkok mention poor soundproofing, and it's truly agonizing if you've had a long day of sightseeing and still can't sleep well at night.

**Hotel Service:** The front desk staff are attractive, provide excellent service, and are meticulously organized. Almost all requests are resolved immediately without any delays. If you speak English, you can have simple conversations, and if not, a translation app works fine, so communication isn't an issue.

**Summary:** For those who want peace and quiet, convenient transportation, and are willing to pay for a comfortable experience and a good night's sleep, this hotel is absolutely outstanding in the 500-yuan price range! (Forgot to take photos of the hotel!)

Our stay at the Ascott Sathorn Bangkok in a two-bedroom executive apartment was perfect for a family trip. The apartment-style room had a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, fridge, and all necessary utensils, which was incredibly practical for cooking simple meals and heating food for the kids. The two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, were spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep.

The hotel's location, right next to Lumphini Park, made getting around very convenient. The overall environment was well-maintained and clean, and the facilities were well-kept and new. The front desk service was prompt and responsive. This apartment-style suite is very family-friendly, much more spacious than a standard hotel room, making it very comfortable for families with children. Our overall experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it for family travelers.

Traveling with my parents and child, it was so hot that even walking for an hour was difficult, haha. Luckily, the city center was only a 5-7 minute taxi ride away. After running an errand, I was so tired that I just did one activity and then came back to the accommodation to rest. This kind of arrangement was great, and the room was spacious, which made it feel very comfortable. I highly recommend it if you're traveling with family!

The hotel was as satisfying as ever! I'll definitely choose to stay here again! The buffet restaurant on the first floor seems to have been renovated. This time I didn't book a rate that included breakfast because the price difference felt too large; it was more cost-effective to book a room without breakfast and pay for it separately. I hope the hotel considers the reasonableness of pricing for both options in the future.

This hotel is highly recommended if you're looking for a spacious place for family or friends. The price, including breakfast, was very reasonable. I loved the views and the amenities. It's great that they have a swimming pool, gym, and kids' room, and everything is clean and well-maintained.

In particular, the staff's kindness made me smile throughout my 4-day stay. They responded quickly and accurately to even minor requests. When they spoke to me, making eye contact, it felt like they respected and cherished their guests, which made me feel secure and comfortable whenever I walked through the lobby.

While the breakfast menu was mostly similar, there were slight variations each morning, and the food was fresh and delicious, never feeling lacking. Although the dining area seemed small, perhaps because there weren't many guests, I enjoyed a pleasant start to my day in a clean and cozy space for all four days.

If I visit Hanoi again, not alone but with colleagues or family, I would definitely want to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Its location is a bit far from Hoan Kiem Lake, but it's great that there's a Starbucks inside the building and a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets, and massage shops nearby.

The hygiene was generally poor: the sofa had obvious stains, there were grease marks on the table, and suspicious moldy black spots on the shower floor.

The environment was quite good: The room was spacious, and seeing the Canton Tower was a pleasant surprise.

The service was a bit terrible: From check-in to check-out, all the front desk staff I encountered offered no smile service. When checking in, they didn't provide any information about hotel facilities or breakfast, nor did they mention the benefits included in the package. During my stay, when I asked the housekeeping staff for some items, they seemed very, very impatient 🙄.

The facilities were decent: The facilities were quite complete, and the room had a washer-dryer combo with laundry detergent. Unfortunately, extra bottled water in the hotel required a fee, which is a point deduction.

This hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze. A big shout-out to Guangzhou's excellent management; the order was fantastic! The hotel's location deserves full marks – it's right by subway exit A, super close! 😁 The higher floor offered great views, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had delicious bread and waffles 🧇, tasty freshly made rice noodles, and plenty of fruit. We enjoyed the views while we ate. Both the floor staff and the ground floor attendants were very friendly. If you have time, you can also walk along the greenway on the island. The only downside is the price, around 500 a night, but overall, it was a good experience.

The apartment is very spacious. Main room has ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Toilet with electronic bidet seat. Second bedroom has a super single bed, we paid for an extra bed. Second toilet in kitchen is clean. Well equipped kitchen. There is washing machine and dryer as well. Just that the carpet is a bit worn out and initially there is a weird smell upon entering the apartment but after opening the windows & airing the place, all is good. Aircon and shower works well. Overall is great for us. There are security at lobby which is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great. Steps away from VT101, walking distance to Grand View mall, many shopping malls and metro station.
