I was a bit worried after reading some reviews before my stay, but it turned out to be fantastic! From the front desk service to the room size and cleanliness, everything was top-notch. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, which is rare and very much appreciated in a city like Bangkok, where motorbikes are everywhere. I had a small mishap during my stay on March 14th: I accidentally left my phone in a taxi on the way back to the hotel and couldn't use the taxi app. I'm incredibly grateful to the male duty manager and the two young ladies at the front desk who helped me contact the Grab platform and locate the driver. Thanks to them, I actually got my lost phone back in a foreign country! The hotel's security is also very thorough; they even record the license plates and arrival times of every vehicle entering the property, which is incredibly detailed. I truly appreciate the well-trained and warm hospitality of the hotel's front-of-house staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok; it truly felt like a home away from home.

Im excited and choose this Hotel in Bangkok because the picture was really good.
They have 4 buildings in the area,and i got room in the bussiness or conference building,im kinda sad at first because i was expecting more of my stay.
Anyway i got to spend the days wisely, 
Cleanliness, very clean
Room, is so big but the bed is so small.
Location, if you love walking this is for you, they have free transfer every 1hr going to Ekkamai station,
Service,everyone is polite
I love the breakfast,everything is good and delicious.
Would to go back but in different season i guess.

We had a very pleasant stay at Somerset Sukhumvit 71 Bangkok. Check-in was easy and smooth with welcome infused water, and the on-site café was excellent, with delicious breakfast pastries. The beds were firm and clean, the room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning and making our beds daily. We also appreciated that both of our rooms were booked next to each other, which made travelling as a family much easier. Our fourteen-year-old’s bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch.
John, the concierge, was outstanding. He managed to book a same-day bike tour for our family of six and also kindly arranged our airport transfer. His service truly stood out and made our stay even better.
Our only disappointment was New Year’s Eve. We had planned to ring in the new year at the rooftop venue, but it was fully booked. I had messaged the hotel in advance through the Trip app but didn’t receive a response. Instead, we followed a restaurant recommendation from the front desk, only to arrive 56 minutes before closing and be told the kitchen was already closed. Two other nearby restaurants were also closed, so we ended up grabbing snacks from the 7-Eleven across the street. The hotel kindly unlocked our balcony so we could at least watch the fireworks from our room.
The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice, although the water was quite cold, so we didn’t swim. The location is a bit far out, but overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it and booked a third night. A great hotel with excellent service, especially from the concierge, and we would happily stay again.

Location is great if its your second time in bangkok as its a bit far away from the main tourist attractions. Hotel offers shuttle to the subway which is great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Bangkok!

I had a wonderful experience at Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — close to public transport, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and washing machine.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool and gym are fantastic spots to relax after exploring the city. It really felt like a home away from home.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Staff are so so lovely   . 

Balcony & washing machine are so handy . The rooms are very generous sizing .

The washer pressure & temp were so so good. 

Breakfast choices are rotated from day to day . So you never get bored. 

Everything you need is in the street . I like the 1st massage place . 

It’s way to get or order transport & the lovely door people will help 💜

Bed was abit hard for me but you can ask for a pillow topper .

Traveling with family, booking an apartment is the most convenient option. We booked a suite today; it was spacious, bright, and clean. With two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two bathrooms, it was incredibly convenient for everyone to have their own space without disturbing each other. The breakfast was decent and offered a good variety.

This is my fourth time staying here, and this time I brought my family. They wanted to visit Guangzhou, experience a 'reverse' ***** New Year, and soak in the Lingnan region's festive atmosphere. Our main goal was Chimelong, but hotels near Chimelong are incredibly expensive per night. Plus, I didn't want to put them in a place with a bad environment. Since I'd already stayed here three times and consider myself a regular, and the price for a night here was still cheaper than any hotel near Chimelong, I chose to stay here again. My family was very satisfied and loved the room's decor and the living environment. The best part is the magnificent Pearl River view, and it's super convenient to get around by subway. What's more, the staff's character and service are consistently excellent. Chatting with them in Cantonese feels very welcoming, and the breakfast offers everything you could want. It's truly a cool and fantastic accommodation experience! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance. Finally, I wish the hotel continued prosperity, thriving business, and a blossoming future! 👏👍🤝🌹

Facilities:
The room was huge and spacious, fully equipped. I just didn't expect it not to have central air conditioning, but rather one of those old-fashioned jacuzzi tubs. It felt like something from the last century, so I didn't even use it.

Hygiene:
It was cleaned very thoroughly, you could tell they put a lot of effort into it.

Environment:
Even though it's in the city center, it felt very quiet. The environment was fantastic.

Service:
Very good. They gave us breakfast vouchers, which was a nice touch, even though we didn't end up using them.

Good price for 4 people in a 2BR suite at a price of triple room in other hotel.  Hotel is close to train street and Michelin restaurants like La Badiane and Quan An Ngon that you need to book in advance thro their facebook page or official website.

The facilities are complete, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the doorman are all incredibly friendly. The pool is a bit cold for this weather. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, but the breakfast quality is quite good. You can borrow bicycles for free, and there are a few roads nearby with less traffic that are suitable for cycling. There are quite a few unfinished buildings around West Lake.

It was a bit difficult to get a taxi on the morning of Chinese New Year's Day, probably because everyone was visiting relatives ^_^

A small suggestion: it would be great if there were some instructions for the kitchen appliances. We spent a long time trying to figure out how to turn on the range hood, and a staff member eventually had to help us. It also took a while to figure out how to use the induction cooktop.

Overall, it's very good.

Our go-to accommodation in Hanoi. Reasonably priced. Have stayed in at least 5 different room types, always clean.
