Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Impeccable Service

We had an exceptional stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations:

1. Breathtaking Sky-High Views: The vantage point from the high-floor room is simply spectacular. Watching the skyline transition through sunset into the dazzling city lights at night was an absolute highlight.

2. Spacious & Comfortable Room: The room layout is generous and airy, offering plenty of space to relax in luxury. The bed and amenities were top-notch, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.

3. Attentive & Warm Service: The hospitality across all teams—from the front desk and Butler service to the concierge—was professional, thoughtful, and welcoming. Every request was handled with genuine care and efficiency.

Thank you to the entire St. Regis team for making our celebration truly memorable. We look forward to returning on our next trip!

Very smooth journey after crossing the border from Hong Kong to Shenzhen Bay. The location offers unobstructed views of Qianhai, and the entire hotel exudes a heavily decorated luxury vibe. The ultra-high ceiling in the lobby provides fantastic views, and the open-air terrace bar on the 51st floor offers stunning night views. A butler added me on WeChat in advance to ask about my preferences. The breakfast was also extensive, offering a great one-stop selection of Cantonese specialties. The room facilities are brand new, clad in stone throughout, and the aesthetic is on point. All in all, a 100-point experience.

After three years, this is my second stay at The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan. After looking around, I still believe its location is superb. Zhangyuan, HKRI Taikoo Hui, Plaza 66, and Jing An Kerry Centre are all within comfortable walking distance. When checking in, the front desk's 'welcome home' made me feel very warm. I was also lucky enough to get an upgrade, and they even provided a surprise cake and decorations for our anniversary – thank you, St. Regis.

The room facilities are comprehensive. The only drawback is that the hairdryer hasn't been updated yet, but thankfully, I'm used to bringing my own. For breakfast, perhaps due to the National Day holiday, it was a bit chaotic with queues for seating and some food items not being replenished promptly. I managed to squeeze in a visit to the gym, which has a full range of equipment, including a dedicated yoga studio, and the cleanliness details were also quite good – a big thumbs up!

The hotel maintains a traditional and elegant style. As someone born in the 80s, I appreciate the charm of the old-fashioned. The concierge team's gentlemen in traditional long gowns exude a handsome and refined 'Hai Pai' (Shanghai style) elegance – manual applause! 👍 The lobby bar still features live piano performances, which is a rare treat these days. Thumbs up for upholding this artistic sentiment! 👍

The St. Regis Shanghai Bund boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. Our butlers, Bonnie and Amber, were incredibly responsive, quickly answering messages online and treating us with thoughtful attention. Their service was thorough and reliable throughout our stay, providing a full and satisfying butler experience. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The 24-hour drink service was also very prompt, and the service truly was exceptional.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and it's within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa! You can even see the Burj Khalifa from the room! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very extensive. The waitstaff were all young, friendly, and cheerful, with excellent communication skills. We'd go out sightseeing during the day, and then in the afternoon and evening, we could easily walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining. The beds at The St. Regis are always so comfortable, and the bathtub and shower area were well-designed, clean, and pleasant to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai.

Amazing service. Butler and concierge service was personalised, quick and attentive. We can even communicate by WhatsApp which really helps when we are out of our room. We lost one of the delivery package and Zaw of concierge service, stayed past his work hour to help us locate the package.

There was a wide selection for breakfast and the presentation of the bread and pastries table look so nice.
