The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. Overall, the attitude of hotel staff is good.

Very convenient location in downtown Chicago.  Walking distance to lakeshore and navy pier.  Lots of good restaurants nearby.  The room is modern and spacious.

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

The location was fantastic – right in front of the subway station and only a 10-minute walk to the exhibition hall. The service was impeccable, and the room was clean. My only minor complaint is that there was no kettle. If I come back for a business trip, I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient, the room is spacious with great natural light.
Housekeeping was very prompt each day.
The robot delivery service was also super convenient.

The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was very quick.

The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options.

The room was cleaned and refreshed daily, and amenities were well-stocked.

The price was also reasonable, not expensive.
It was very easy to get a taxi right outside the hotel, making it convenient to go anywhere.

I chose this hotel for an event I was attending, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and boasts a quiet and elegant ambiance, with a neat and grand lobby. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making the check-in process quick and responsive, with a friendly and thoughtful attitude. The room was clean and refreshing, with good natural light and meticulous cleanliness. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the toiletries were well-stocked and functional. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, all in a comfortable dining environment. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the event space was well-organized. The service throughout was attentive, providing great support for our event. Overall, it offers great value for money, with outstanding performance in all aspects. My stay was comfortable and hassle-free, making it highly recommendable. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future events.
